Mead was absolutely wonderful this evening! He delivered oxygen to our home after hours and was so friendly. He was very thorough in going over each piece of equipment and what to do if we had any issues. I would highly recommend them for any and all of your oxygen needs!

I am supposed to be getting a CPAP from these people and have been waiting over a month. The clinic I did my sleep study at said they were sending my prescription to Family Medical Supply in Jacksonville. My first contact with them was a vague voice-mail from a number associated with the Raleigh area, using the name of the parent company, Adapt Health. The caller didnt mention that the call was in regards to my CPAP, nor was it mentioned that they are Family Medical Supply. Not knowing anything about Adapt Health being the parent company, I didnt call them back until a few days later after speaking with the sleep clinic. When I called, I was informed that they had received my prescription and were waiting on approval from my insurance. I was informed they would call me back after getting approval. While on the call, I asked how much CPAPs typically cost after insurance and was simply told by the person I was talking to that she didnt know, and no effort was made to find out or at least give an approximation. All of this is new to me, so the lack of information is quite off-putting. Its been a month and Ive still not heard back about the approval. I called yesterday and was told by the automated system there was a 4 minute wait time. After waiting 11 minutes, I opted for the callback option, which was supposed to hold your place in line. This was around 3:30. No callback was given. These people need to get their act together. At this point, I have no confidence in this company and am considering having my prescription sent elsewhere.UPDATE: Mr. Stewart, the manager, has been in contact with me this week to resolve the issue. He has been polite and professional and is keeping me in the loop as to what is going on with the situation. He appears to be making good efforts at getting the insurance approval straightened out and has been very apologetic for the delay and gap in communication.

Horrible customer service. I have been waiting for a month for an item and still it isn’t there. I could be a little understanding if I had received at least one phone call explaining what is going on and giving me confidence that they were at least working on it. I mean you don’t just wear these peoples merchandise to make a fashion statement, you’re hurt or injured and this is supposed to help. I will say when I ask if there was any other place that supplies the same merchandise, the lady was quick to send me Johnson Drug Co.

I called to be sure that I was approved, time to be helped and for directions. the phone courtesy was excellent and professional. Ms Sandy assisted me in getting my very first walking cane. She was very attentive to my needs. She had my paperwork ready and explained it all to me as I signed. I felt relaxed and comfortable just because she was easy to talk to. I even took pictures of the Heel Tape machine on her desk loved it.

Broke my leg skiing and needed a knee scooter. The entire staff were so nice and accommodating. About two weeks into the rental I crashed on my scooter and broke the handbrake. When I took it back they were so nice and never gave me a hard time about the damage and had me on a new scooter in no time at all. Great customer service!
