Today was my first time ever going in Party suppliers. I have never bought from them since I moved to NC. I did not enjoy my first experience in the store. The energy in the store was more of attitude and favoritism. I watched as they put other balloons orders in bags. When I asked I could see the attitude and body language like she did not want to do it. No matter who the person is. CUSTOMER SERVICES IS IMPORTANT. I did not feel welcome at all.

They have the basic every day, every month, every year items, BUT for the creative and willing to change it up customers... GOOD LUCK!!! You get what everyone else gets.... BASIC!!!

Just went in with a friend who was buying birthday party stuff.

Good selection of party supplies. Unfortunately my daughter wants wonder women for this theme and it is very hard to come by. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

60 bucks of balloons. Which isn’t all that much but was really sad when I bought them at 4pm and when my son woke up the balloons were all on the ground. Called and all they said was they only guarantee there latex balloons for 8 hours. Mylar balloons also under inflated. Just sad. And no real concern on the part of the store. Customer service - not great. Balloons 0 stars.

The store has pretty much anything you need for a party and holiday specials. Ive been here on many occasions and almost always find what I need. I do find that the staff can sometimes be a bit brusque at times

Did a balloon order and they were in great shape. They gave them color coordinated ribbons and gently tied them together in a big bag, for easy transport. The balloons lasted Inflated in our house for almost two weeks! Very good quality.

I can tell their is a shortage of supplies.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Cashier was more concerned with gossiping to another employee about a recent breakup, rather than explaining important details. The employee did not relay the policy of certain items being non returnable once they leave the store at time of check out. After realizing this, we asked the manager about it, she said that it was on the receipt (which was in the bag when we left the store) and she would not assist. She did not offer any resolution, or assistance, just sorry we cant help you.

A hidden gem in jacksonville!

Good party store for plenty of themed items you may need! They had plenty for ant occasion and quite a few theme birthday party items as well. A bonus to them is if you buy balloons here and do not need helium in them till a later date you can come back with the receipt and theyll fill them up for 99 cents.

I absolutely love this store! Every time I go here I find exactly what Im looking for, and there is always helpful smiles when you walk in. This store has a wide variety of party supplies so LOTS to chose from. They also had lots of Halloween costumes! Great store! Love taking trips here.

Everytime I visit the store is organized well and items are easy to find. They have a very large selection to choose from BUT the prices are very high. I understand that this is a family owned business and I am the first person to try to support family businesses as much as I can in order to keep them around. But double the prices of competitors is way to much. Im sorry but I can not pay the prices and will not be back.

I hate the fact that this is the only party supply store in town. The prices are ridiculous and they dont carry a good selection of the newer balloon styles that are out. I got better choices off of Amazon and spent way less getting my balloons blown up somewhere else.

LOVE this place. Family owned and they make you feel right at home. Cant wait to go shopping again for our sons 6th birthday!

When you walk into the store, it just feels like family. Theres a very happy atmosphere and it feels very welcoming. There are plenty of options when shopping for supplies which helps from having to shop around at so many different stores. The staff is always so helpful in showing the different selections to piece everything together. You can tell that the customers needs are very important and I would personally recommend this store every time.

I had come in recently and I was greeted right when I walked in, walked by an employee to what I needed to find, and out of the store within 15 min! Best experience Ive had here! It seems as if they got some new staff members that I have not seen before and they were awesome! you rock party suppliers!

Aweome store! I was bummed there wasnt a Party City near me but came across this gem! It has probably everything you could need for a party. Ive been searching big box retailers the last several days for Dr. Seuss themed accessories and this place had it all!

Go to party suppliers for all my party needs! It really is a one stop party shop! And the custom design tshirts, and banners are convenient, especially since they can be done same day!! Also have custom bows, napkins, invitations and sashes! I highly recommend!!

Great selection. Prices high compared to competitors. Dollar tree has exact same balloons that last even longer for 1$ (NOT 6$) and they do not try to upscale with a helium boost.

Love this party supply store!! The customer service was excellent!! The Service Rep even opted to converse with me via FaceTime to ensure our request was produced to our exact specifications. They exceeded all expectations!!

Party Suppliers has been my must go to place whenever Im in town. They have the best selection and the employees provide excellent customer service. You havent had a real party until you check them out.

Really wish there was a Party City in the area. This was really my only option for a party supply store. Went with my daughter to get her 10th birthday supplies. The girl at the check out wasnt friendly. Didnt say hi... And acted very annoyed at any questions that I asked. Would rather shop at Walmart!

Been in this store a few times every now and then for my childrens birthday. Everytime I go I instantly regret it. I wouldnt even look at this place if it wasnt the only party store in or around Jacksonville.The costumer service is awful. Usually no one is there to help you and when someone is there theyre stocking and usually dont help. To make matters worst the employees are rude.This time I decided to make an exception and give them the benefit of the doubt since I was only calling to ask questions in regards to my daughters mini mouse theme. Something simple... Somehow they messed that up. The employee didnt even know what a theme was... like ??? Not only that they couldnt give me a price because she was too lazy to go check herself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. TRUST ME THEY DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS.OH YEAH NOTICE HOW THE ONLY GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM UNKNOWN GOOGLE USERS. SUSPECT ??? MUST BE MAKING FALSE REVIEWS. ONLY IF THEY SPEND MORE TIME MAKING THEIR BUSINESS BETTER THAN MAKING FALSE REVIEWS MAYBE THEY MIGHT BE BETTER POSTS THAN THIS.

Good products BAD customer SERVICE. We placed an order for a set of balloons a day before; I showed up late afternoon the next day and they not only didnt have my order ready, but they were going to CHARGE me for a bag to hold all my inflated balloons. This wouldnt have been a problem if I did not already have to WAIT for an my uncompleted order. I was late because of them

The first time I went in was just to get some balloons and they were so nice that I looked around and purchased a few other items. Now I go there for all my party supplies. If I dont see what I went, I just ask and Im never disappointed.

They have anything & everything you could imagine for any type of celebration plus more you probably didnt think about! A little pricey on some items but items are always in stock & the staff is very friendly & helpful!

I purchased some items less than 60 days ago for a party I was hosting and ended up with extras of a couple items. There was no return policy on my receipt or the stores website so I assumed that the return policy was either 60 days or 90 days. I wish I had noticed the 30 day return policy in small print when I had purchased these items. The items I was attempting to return are available in the store so it doesnt seem that it would have hurt the store to take them back. The employees were annoyed and the manager said there was nothing she could do for me. Poor customer service. Ill take my business elsewhere.
