I ordered a Funko POP! Figure from here through Amazon and they sent me the wrong figure, however they have amazing customer service and sent me the right one right away! I had just sent the other one back and received the correct one in less than a day. This company knows how to treat their customers!!

Wrong size sent. Wouldn’t give refund since the Ebay Refund window of 30 days had closed. If they don’t have to fix an error they wont. Poor ethic.

Quick responses from customer service, very helpful, quick shipping and good products. However, if youre going to return/exchange an item, !make sure and take a clear picture of it right before you send it back!, to avoid any problems with the return/exchange, very willing to work with you on your shipment though.

The booth managers are really friendly and helpful. Huge selection of t shirts, wallets, keychains, statues, hoodies, hats,etc. Reasonable prices for licenced, good quality merchandise. 10/10, will buy again.
