Salesmen didn’t seem to be interested interested in make a 3k sale and wasn’t properly educated on piping. I was also blown away that I would have to pay a 100 bucks to just get a quote and decide whether or they wanted to do the job. They wouldn’t even tell me how much the piping was… not a good way to sell product.

We had our new Harman P35i Pellet Stove insert installed on Monday, We love the stove. Heart Line was exceptional to work with, both at the store, and the guys that came out and did the installation. This was a replacement of a Zero Clearance Wood Fire Place, that was a major source of cold air into the house. Today we are enjoying a nice warm house with no drafts. I bought a pellet stove some years ago from Larry. This year we purchased a gas fireplace insert. In both cases the family treated us like family. From installation to maintenance they are there for you. If you want to do business with someone who cares about you go to a family business like the Millers they at Heartline will treat you like you are family.

Thank you Heart Line Stove Family. Skip arrived at 9:30 did a complete check of our P61A Harmen stove and found our Feed Motor was the culprit. Skip changed the motor out and the Stove is quiet as a mouse. 45 minutes in & out. I would Highly recommend this Company . They did all they could to walk me through fixing our Stove before coming out. So Happy They came out and could help us in the middle of January. ☆☆☆☆☆

We purchased a Harmon Allure pellet stove back in September and have put 5 tons of pellets through it without any issues what so ever. It does what they say about keeping the house within 1degree. We have an old house which took a little more pellets than we expected but we were very comfortable. You load it and forget it and it is very quiet. The folks at Heartline were very knowledgeable about their product which was very refreshing in todays market. Would buy another in a heart beat.
My best experience has been the staffs respectful and helpfulness with all questions I called with my pellet stove. Ive called with Qs regarding troubleshoots, maintenance and curiosity inquiries. Juno and all have been wonderful!!

I bought a house in 2015 which had a Harmon pellet stove in it, I have had numerous issues with the stove since and have called Heart Line every time, the staff is excellent, very knowledgeable, and always willing to help, they have guided me through several repairs via phone conversations and going in to their shop for a visual tutorial on one of the repairs.No fuss no muss, just pure content. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy or repair a Harmon pellet stove.You folks Rock!
These guys are pros, no problems ever. Pellets are always in tiptop shape and burn extremely clean. The forklift delivery can put your load just about anywhere and at the very best price so buy early, so they dont run out.....
I called them with an issue with my pellet stove. They walked me through the whole thing. I called with more questions and they returned my call quickly. They were awesome.I will be buying my next stove from them.I waited for two days from Stove Keepers in Brook-line they didnt answer phone or emails and didnt return call after I left message.My new store will be Heart line for everything.
Update: We received a check in the mail with a handwritten apology letter stating the company’s error. We really appreciate Heartline righting their wrong. Thank you!We ordered our 4 pallets of wood pellets in the middle of September. We were told a November 27 delivery date. We decided to pick up a ton of pallets to get us through this cold spell on the receipt of payment. We take our invoice to the counter after a 30 minute wait in line. We had EXACT cash payment, and was told that the price of pellets had gone up on October 1. (5 days earlier). We had received no notification of this new price, nor did we bring enough CASH. The gentleman working the counter instructed us that it would be an additional $40. We asked to please put it toward the delivery of the other 3 pallets. We were told no. We asked to please put it on our debit card. We were told NO. He just kept repeating that the price had gone up. We left to go get the $40. We returned about 8 minutes later, and stood in line ONCE again. We were then given to a different register, a woman and she asked how could she help us. We said, Well, we were just here, and we would finally like to Free our pellets for the additional $40. She decided to write an entirely new receipt, as if we hadn’t PRE-ORDERED our pellets!!! After 3 years of doing business with them, this will be OUR LAST TIME.

Bought our first pellet stove from Heart Line about 2 years ago (Harmond P68). Worked great. Easy to clean and keep up. Due to layout of house we got a second P68 that was installed today. Same exceptional installation and crew. Beautiful stove. Very clean and professional installation. Easy to see the pride they take in their work and in their product. When its going to be cold outside theres no reason to be cold inside... these HeartLine products and support are the hottest thing on the market!!! Great job :)

I spent an hour on the phone troubleshooting my stove with these folks. The gentleman I spoke with wouldnt hang up the phone until the stove was running. Couldnt ask for better or more attentive service.I attempted to have them come out and look at the stove, because I wanted to give them some labor to cover their time. They told me I had it fixed and they didnt want to take any money unless it really needed to be fixed!!! As far as Im comcerned, theres only one place Im going for parts and service on my Harman stove: right here!!!

Great place with a huge selection of stoves. They can service what they sell, they also stock parts for the stoves they sell. They are very knowledgeable and honest about the products that they carry.
If I could give this shop a 0 Star review, I would.Don’t let the pretty website with the rave reviews fool you.When trying to get a quote for a stove, including install, and also asking a few basic questions about the process, the timing etc, we were hit with very rude statements and responses from Larry. Larry seems to be the owner, sales rep and customer service employee. However, Larry’s skills in these areas are very lacking.My very first reply from him indicated that he had not bothered to even read my inquiry nor looked at the pictures I had sent of our current setup. Btw, the website says that you can send pictures to help ease the process along. Larry just suggested we just visit the shop instead, or pay $100 for a home visit.It was clear Larry did not want to try and communicate or answer our questions via email. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to him maybe being technologically challenged.However, each response we got was worse than the last. When I asked about an install cost, he said “i can’t quote you because I don’t know where you live.” That’s fine, but maybe say, I’d love to give you a quote, can you please tell me where you are located? That would have been nicer.Larry also was an unable to let me know what the install time frame would look like because “his schedule is always changing”. What does that mean? A business should have a calendar and schedule for their workers and installs right in front of him.In addition, We had questions about drilling additional holes in our house and his response was “there is a simple solution here and that’s for you to buy the stove and install it yourself”. What? This was the last straw, we told Larry we’d take our business else where.There is a lovely lady in Mass at Bernardston Farm Supply, named Wendy who was more than willing to answer our questions and give us a quote. Guess who we are going to make a sale with this weekend?Morale of the story: hire a new customer service rep.

After a tech went over the specs with me & came to my house to measure, we used his knowledge to purchase a quadra fire II. I had researched wood stoves for 2 yrs prior to this purchase and we were replacing a jotul 3. Never did I anticipate the level of customer service I would receive from Heartline. I wasted 2 yrs. trying to find the perfect stove, when all I had to do was go to Heartline! The stove is absolutely amazing, exceeds all our expectations and I am so thankful. Low rent customer service skills at this place. Stove prep after sale is non-existent. Some stoves sold from here are lemons.
