They had the truck I wanted and Larry Bowers took care of the detailing on it that I wanted. The price was acceptable. The truck has not disappointed me and has been mostly what I wanted., so I am satisfied with it The handling of the sale by Larry was a good experience. He was easy going, not pushy like I hate at others dealers. He made the purchase a decent experience.

Customer service has gone down hill. Made two separate appointments and my vehicle just sat there for four to five hours each time. I had to call each time and finally had to go down to the service department to find out what was going on with my vehicle. After doing business with Ed Shults for twenty six years I believe that has come to an end👎👎👎👎👎

From start to finish we were given undivided attention without any interruptions. We were well informed on the different packages that were available and shown several cars and even given the opportunity if we wanted to test drive one.  We explained what we were looking for and immediately they went into search mode to find us a car.  We were extremely impressed with the dealership and all the people working together to make this buying experience the very best for us.  We have told our family and friends what outstanding service we got.  We will continue using this dealership for all our future purchases.  We cant say enough of how very pleased we are.

To be honest. Before my Equinox I owned a Subaru.The Subaru service was flawless. Even with only an oil change my rugs were vacuumed. Chevy service didnt even shake the rugs. Very sloppy service. Red grease on hinges I asked to clean off. Not interested in another Chevy because of service dept.Also cant seem to get an appointment for my bronze service for the days I am available from my work. Sorry but dissatisfied.

I set up an appointment with Ed Schultz using the Chevy app MyChevy vehicle service schedule and manage service. Chose the time that worked best for me. Cindy checked me in and gave me a time when my truck would be finished. When the service was finished Cindy gave me an update on what they did along with the paperwork. I left Ed Schultz within the time scheduled for my service.

I give this dealership 5 stars! Everyone was so nice. We are 2.5 hours away, but they called to get most of our information ahead of time. All of our paperwork was ready when we got there. They easily answered all of our questions and worked with us explaining the vehicle. Excellent customer service! When Im ready to trade my Cadillac. I will definitely travel the 2.5 hours to buy my next one from them!

I was disappointed. I understand that ignition keys are different than they were many years ago, but to charge $50.00 for an ignition key and $30.00 to reprogram a simple key fob for a 14 year old car seems a little high.The service engine soon indicator was on when the dealership had the car and no mention was made on the invoice or was I notified as to a problem with the vehicle. The invoice noted that a multi-point vehicle inspection was performed as a courtesy to me and nothing was found.Really, a dealership passed on the opportunity to sell more service dollars?

Brought the truck in for a hood latch repair. They call me to replace the cabin air filter. They did the labor to pull and look at cabin air filter, found a mouse nest and proceeded to leave the mouse nest in the filter because I said I didnt want it replaced. What kind of service department does that?!?!? My bill was over $200.

I had purchased a used vehicle in PA from Edmond Chevrolet and needed to have it inspected in NY State. Called for the appointment and went. It had been inspected in PA prior to the sale but paperwork being paperwork it had to be done in NY. Shults did the inspection and recommended service that should have been done prior to my purchase at Edmonds. My last dealings with the Shults family of dealerships service was better than what I have received thus far. For instance they put the inspection sticker in the window and the new registration sticker but didn’t put the NY license plates on for me as I had asked. I went and asked to borrow a screw driver and did it myself in the parking lot at the dealership. Small details make a big difference.

I know technicians are paid by the hour but ir should not take 2 hours to put on winter tires, mount and balance them. Its not my first time around the block and the likelihood I return for any kind of service is slim to none.Each time I have brought my work vehicle, I have not been pleased with the timeliness of there service.

Parts department had the part i needed in stock. I called ahead to make sure part was on the shelf. They confirmed stock and held part for me while i made the three (3) hour drive to go pick it up. The genuine GM part was a perfect fit and i was able to put the car. I was repairing back together that evening.

I do not place car dealers very high, bought my car here, got a fair price, but just had to have it in for an emergency repair, their quoted prices for certain things were many times higher than what I can buy the exact same parts for, and I am a mechanic by trade...$45 for a pair of wiper blades they recommended, and my answer was they still work fine, but the brand new ones in the back seat cost me 1/4 of that, they changed them for me.

We drove to this dealership from Erie, PA to look at a car that we really liked. We test drove the car and wanted to talk about this car vs the other ones we had looked at that day. When we told the salesperson that we were going to be back later he said, “Think about it? What is there to think about?”. We were already rubbed the wrong way by this salesperson, but we came back and made an offer on the car. While the offer was lower than the asking price, there were things we found wrong with the car. When we sat down to deal with with Scott, he stated that there was no negotiating the price, laughed at everything we said was wrong with the car, and rolled his eyes when we made our offer. In all, Scott was very unprofessional and refused to even consider our offer. While we liked the car and the offer we made was close to the asking price, it wasn’t even considered.

I did not actually buy a car from this dealership. In fact, I never set foot in the dealership. I saw a car on their website and emailed the dealership. They were willing to give me an estimated trade in value by phone after sending them pictures of my trade in. Also, for financing, it appears that they are fine with you acquiring your own (most car dealers are not because they get a kickback from the auto loan lender). The truck i wanted was slightly out of budget and we could not make a deal, otherwise I likely would have made a purchase. Overall, very happy w/ the dealership even though I did not buy a vehicle from them. Will consider doing business here in the future.

I scheduled service for my 2006 infinity M35x a week ago. The gentlemen that I spoke to advised me to take the car across the street to the Chevy/Cadillac dealership where “ most of the work is done”. I had wanted the Nissan trained technicians to work on the car but I followed his instructions. The service coordinator advised me yesterday (when I brought the car in) that the work should have been done at the Nissan dealership across the street! As far as I can tell the work was done properly. The person that I scheduled the service with got my name wrong—“Wayne Arnold” instead of George Arnold. He had the correct phone # . Your dealerships have a level of confusion/ poor coordination that detracts from the good work that was done. I have had other unsatisfying experiences with the Schults group, but that’s another story!

My appointment was at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. I came back at 4:35pm and my car wasn’t done yet. It wasn’t done until 4:55 and when she reviewed the checklist with me, she said I’ll need new tires by October (right when Shults has their “sale.”). I just purchased this vehicle from Shults on May 24! And they’re telling me I need new tires and will also need brakes soon. So not only did it take them almost 8 hours to do an oil change but now they want to make more money off me. I also got a sales call to talk about the current sales at Kia of Jamestown and again I JUST purchased a vehicle. I’m no longer in the market for a car. Very frustrating. Now I understand why Shults has a bad reputation.

Great service. I had some weird problem with the Sirius XM antenna and the charging pad on my 2016 Suburban. XM was going out intermittently and the charging pad,was not working at all. The car was out,of factory warranty but covered under an extended warranty with a third party company. I expected a delay in getting parts and having to argue about coverage under the extended warranty. Nope. The whole thing was as smooth as silk. They had the right parts and completely no hassle with the extended warranty. Oh by they way, the did a good inspection of the car and performed the required service. A special thanks to Cindy, our service writer and to Joseph, our technician. I could not ask for anything better, car was done right the first time and on time. Even though we are seasonal only here in the summers, we were treated like valued customers. Thicker Arnold said. “I’ll be baaack”.

Ive heard good things about this dealership until I dealt with them myself. When working out a deal the salesman kept forgetting to put the rebates on. Then they told me they were paying off my truck. Come to find out they tacked on $3,000 onto my loan. My spare key was supposed to be mailed to me. Ive talked to them atleast 4 times in the past month and still no key. Ridiculous and poor communication. Crooks in my eyes.

In all honestly I would never buy a used car from here again unless i had an extended warranty there has been many issues since my purchase but i will say where i was let down there I was pleased with all of the customer service by the sales woman Heather she was sweet, kind and very well informed I was also pleased that the Chevy Service manager was able to assist me on labor costs for the issues I was having saving me 100s of dollars all in all the quality my vehicle was far over weighed by the fantastic customer service I recieved here at Shults Auto Group

Had an 8:15 am appointment but they did look at it till after lunch. Finally, got my van back at 5:20 pm. Apparently, appointments dont mean anything. Customers who wait for there car mean more to them than people who dont. I like their service. Just not how they figure out your place in line. Then stop in at 4 pm and was told it would be another hour or I could pick it up tomorrow. By now I needed now, which is why I made the 8:16 am appointment. So I had to wait for it.
