They have a lot of building materials, but no one that works here knows anything about the products. Also unless it is like a main stream product they will not be able to tell you where it is or if they even have it at all. Do your research because no experts or laymen at this place. The company just needs to hire one expert for each department to train all the stores.

The customer service staff went above and beyond to make us happy. The product we were looking for said it was in stock but wasnt. So the staff member at customer service named Anthony gave us the next step up for the price of the one that was not there. Awesome way to make someone happy.

I love the man mall. I got a ton of help when I was there trying to find cleaning products for grout. Also decided I was going to put up a new ceiling and got plenty of help for that as well. Great customer service experience.

The service was great but their wood definitely isn’t edible… I remember how good pencils used to taste in elementary school, but I took one bite of a 2 by 6 and regretted everything instantly. I’ll stick to my pencils.

Went in to buy a wireless drill. Waited 25 minutes to get waited on. Took 3 different sales people to come before anyone could unlock the storage rack. Sales people knew little about what they were selling. Cashier didnt know how to check it out since store label covered the scan code. Had to wait again for a manager to come show her. Everyone was very pleasant but serious staffing issues made it a very frustrating experience.

Just go else where. These people care nothing about customers or the service they provide. Nothing at all. Made me sick to my stomach tonight lakewood NY. Smfh!! Not worth spending a dime there again.

For contractors, this is the place to find just about any tool or materials you need. Absolutely love shopping here.

Customer service is great at Home Depot but for a company to make 60-80 year old men and women load up heavy things into your vehicle when you have much younger men and women is so beyond horrible I could tell they were struggling to lift these heavy items! Shame you on Home Depot!!! You should not take advantage of your of employees it shows you do not care about their safety or well being at all!!

Usually have what I need but, store employees not always helpful and service desk personnel need training on how to treat customers. Comes from the top down, better management is needed. Lowes is great with customer service.

Got beautiful flowers for the Cemetery, they need more cashiers. My brother retired from insurance sales and went work at Home depot in Rochester, because he liked to stay active, he took his last breath there, he had a massive heart attack while helping a customer, something he loved.So the store has a specail meaning to me.Some of those flowers were for him..

Purchased a riding mower. Had an issue with a tire,and spent a lot of time and effort trying to get it resolved. I would have given a lower rating,if it werent for Tony, Trevor and Kelly. Went there for a new storm door pick one out 329.00 them was looking at the door telling an they wanted 49.00 more for the door handle went to Home depot and got a better door with free handle.

We ordered a fridge waited 2 weeks for delivery. My husband moved furniture in preparation and emptied the fridge. When the brought fridge in 1, 500 dollar fridge had dented door. Now they have to reorder. Pathetic

Was there Saturday, 10/10/20. Rob in the lumber section was great. Helped me find and pick out the trim I needed and then he cut it to size, walked with me to cash out and walked me right out to my car, where he loaded the extra long pieces and made sure all was secure and safe. Great guy, great representative of the company.

Usually have what I need. I find myself ordering a lot online and picking it up in the store because it tends to be crowded and I dont enjoy hunting down what I need. I usually order what I need the night before and its ready for pick up by the time they open the next morning. They take back what I dont use without any issues.

Store was clean and well stocked, however we ended up spending twice as long in there than we had planned. After trying desperately to find a kitchen sink spray nozzle (a common household item), we were sent on a wild goose chase by four different employees, all in different directions, who apparently didnt know where their items were stocked. Pretty frustrating to say the least.

Didnt have any flashlights wasnt happy for a hardware store.

Stood by the blind and screen display for ten minutes while three employees came and went without any interaction, not even a “I’ll be right with you. One gentleman was being assisted on the computer because he didn’t know how to take an order. When the third person showed up, salesperson number two walked by us without asking if we needed anything. When we checked out, the clerk was haughty and seemed not to want to honor my military service. My thoughts are this is just like my neighborhood Lowe’s.

Always helpful here and usually have what I need in stock. This visit the customer service person got caught on a phone call so I had to wait quite awhile to pick up an online order delivered to store. Seems like someone should have been available to help her out, someone else may have been in a bigger rush than I was and not as forgiving.

Never a bad time to visit to find stuff. And provided you have the package, item and your receipt returns are easy!

Bought a John Deere riding mower. Very helpful of our many questions about hp & sloped land, past mower decks weld breaks. We are very happy with service, product & warranty info. Checkout associate was very helpful also. Great service.

I really like the curbside pick up. I order what I need and pay for it online about two hours in advance. Pull up to the designated parking area, call the number on the sign, and within 2-3 minutes its being loaded into my vehicle. Very easy.

Curbside pickup app doesnt seem to work. I called the store after waiting for 20 minutes and was told that they were really busy and didnt have time to check the notification system on their end so I should call when I get there next time. However they substituted a saw blade that was out of stock with a much better one. So the experience was both good and bad.

Meh... this store is generally a dumpster fire of a mess. There never seems to be any one around to help you and in the off chance you can find someone to help they dont generally actually help you. I placed an order for curbside and after being on the phone 5 minutes with it just ringing I was finally able to get through. The only reason I am giving a 3 star review is because the kid who loaded my car was extremely nice.

Place is great, they have customized products for your body type. Im a big curvy guy, they have big curvy wood.

I was having problems with the weed wacker I brought three months ago, two guys that work at the store went above and beyond helping me. Very grateful!!

As long as you get one of the women to help you its a great store. Some of the men dont exactly want to hear women. Its also hard to wave them down for help they seem to intentionally avoid women. But the women associates go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you need.

Needed a half of paint, did not have the base paint. Associate in paint dept could not say wen it would be available. Sometime within next 2 weeks, maybe not then cause deliveries have been sporadic.
