Very nice clean store. Would shop here again. Recommend shopping at this location. First time in this store and was Very impressed with it when first walked in and starts shopping.

Overall experience was good, went there to buy some indoor plants, but they did not have many, only few plants. But price was fair and staff was helpful.

Very poor service. Say they cannot sell to you unless you have a mask. But will sell a mask which makes absolutely no sense. Much better service at infinity building in Jamestown and very reasonable. Will no longer so to menards ever after the poor treatment. And lack of common sense.

Theres one thing about Menards, and that is they almost always have what you need and generally some choices. This time I needed a new dryer. No run around, no it will be a couple weeks . They had several in stock and ready for pickup. The best part? Not just in stock but best price period for the one I bought and that was before the 11% mail in rebate. Hassle free online purchase, Hassle free and quick pickup. I reckon thats the reason I shop for household items there so much.

They make you wear a mask, which is fine if you like your rights violated, but then they charge you for one. Great job showing your customers how unappreciated their business is, freedom hating extortionists.

It was good until we were checking out and an associate came up to me and said they dont allow dogs unless they are service animals and walked off. She never let us explain that he is a service dog! I find it very crazy that the lady at the front door never said anything to us about him, she said hello to our pup, and we talked to other associates through out the store and they never said anything to us. We will not be back to this location.We still have not received our stuff for him showing he is a service dog because of COVID19 (plus hes still in training) but have a civil conversation with people and dont just assume things! Because I could have easily showed you on my phone his documents!

As for someone who has breathing complications I went in without a mask and one of the employees told me I needed to wear a mask and purchase one if I did not have one. I explained I cant wear one and my right not to wear one and he continued to tell me that they will refuse service to anyone who will not wear a mask. Im frustrated after having a full basket of items to buy and then being told that I would be refused service because I simply can not wear a mask even though Hipaa privacy rule makes a difference. It doesnt to them. I ended up walking out with nothing.

Such a great environment! Love the smell. I buy everything here. On Saturday I even took a nap in a comfy recliner, but someone asked me to leave. I was just trying out the product! Not mad though. They will continue to receive my business!

Have always had good experiences here. Employees generally helpful. Can be tough to find things in Menards. Store layouts are kind of weird, but the employees here are helpful

Very poor service, but it stems from the corporate level. They will not allow you into the store, without a mask on, as per their corporate policy. However, employees turn a blind eye to customers wearing a mask below their mouth/nose. The intention here is not “public safety.” It is control and manipulation of the people and the rights of the people.

Just left the Jamestown store....ordered a gazebo they had advertised this week from a staff member. No result. Went and found them myself on the upper level. Its heavy. Loaded it on a cart and pushed it to the elevator. Button on elevator must have a malfunction. Left the gazebo on the cart in front of the elevator. Told 3 or 4 staff people about it and they said either they or someone else would bring it to the front of the store for me. Was in the store 2hrs and 15 minutes. At checkout there wasnt a gazebo in sight. No one knew anything about it. $300 some $ they wanted for it. Think Ill get material at a more helpful store here in jamestown and build my own.

Like Fargo, it is very hard to find someone to help. But more organized and definitely more clean.

Found everything I needed. The pineapple bird feeder I was interested in was sold out & an older gentleman told me I could order it. Then Jordan at the hardware counter ordered it for me within minutes. Great experience at the Jamestown Menards. Will definitely be going back there!

Love having a Menards here in Jamestown. It usually has what Im looking for. Helpful service as well. When they first opened, I brought in a can of paint to match but they just couldnt get it. Walmart did a better job. Im not sure if Menards has gotten better.

After walking through the store looking for someone to help me, I find a lady who is doing inventory. She calls another person over to help me find what I need. When he gets there, he tells me that I need a mask in the store after being in there for ten plus minutes. I said nothing and left. Looking elsewhere for drain pipe.

Good and quick help when asked

Summer of 2016 went in to purchase materials for a deck. Used computer program, worked great. Staff was very helpful from planning getting material, getting it delivered, and returns. will shop there as often as we can!

Just was the only rating that deal will allow me to go far as low. I would have to say this is probably the most racist discriminating store that I ever been at you. This gives a bad name to to Menards. This is a disgrace in the manager needs to be removed from the store and the staff needs to be retrain. Other parts of the world have moved on from the 60s and 50s the Jamestown store is still there. Not realizing this is 2018. These are kind of businesses that like to hide their racism behind doors. And in the market. Then I would have to say good luck to you. Our company will not be doing business with you anymore either one of them

Awesome layout. It is Definitely cheaper than Walmart in garden supplies. Quick, courteous service and very little waiting in line.

This is a harder to find location unless you saw it from the interstate. Its tucked in back behind the mall, Fairfield inn, and tractor supply company. Wonderful customer service and great help!

Needed a 10 piece of 3 PVC cut to fit in my car. The guy in plumbing cut it with a hand saw. Great service.

A few years ago I bought a hand cart that has a couple of dolly wheels so you can use as a four wheel cart. A wheel fell of and they dont carry replacement ones .Ill buy a cart elsewhere next time.
