I was travelling for 3 days.I left my vehicle at Wilhelms.A phone call to arrange a minor windshield repair and an oil change/rotation was made.All services were done sooner than I thought, and I received a phone call notifying me that my vehicle was ready.Very much appreciated.

Oil, lube & filter. checked all lights, belts, hoses & air filter. checked all fluid levels & topped off as needed. multi point vehicle inspection.GREAT PRICE & GREAT JOB!

Quick service. Had an issue with my cabin air filter that I didnt know about. They informed me of it and let me make the decision to change it out or not. Very friendly. One of the sales persons threw a bottle of water to me! It was closed of course.

Johnny was exceptional. I stopped in on Tuesday in my work clothes and was ignored by other sales reps. I approached Johnny and he couldn’t have been any more accommodating. It was awesome. I told him what I was looking for and it just happened to be on the show room floor. I told him I couldn’t purchase that day, but I would bring my wife here on Saturday and said if it’s gone please let me know. To my surprise he told me he would hold it for me until Saturday. Unbelievable I still didn’t believe it and sure enough the car was there on Saturday ready for test drive. We bought the car . The best car buying experience of my life. Johnny is awesome. I just wish I needed more cars because I would definitely buy from Johnny. By the way first GM car and so far we love it.

What an amazing experience we had with our salesperson, Brett. I found my DREAM vehicle on Carfax at Wilhelm’s in Jamestown. When we found the vehicle, we happened to be driving down interstate 94 and were about 30 minutes from Jamestown. It was right at closing time. I called and asked if he could stay so we could look at the vehicle. He gladly accommodated us and showed us the beautiful vehicle. We figured out a “win - win” to make the deal happen. We told him we would be coming back through the following day. He worked some magic, got an access cover installed on the box, got all the paperwork done and again came back in after hours and we finished the deal and drove away with a gorgeous truck. He even filled the tank with fuel. It was the best experience ever in buying a vehicle. Well done Brett!

Bought from a out of state (Colorado) a used 2020 GMC Denali 2500, Brett helped me with the deal. Made it smooth and easy, provided pictures and almost anything I asked for. Long story short took 8 hours to flush a transmission and try to program 2 key fobs I was in the waitingroom the whole time with very little updates in between was never offered a ride to go anywhere was stuck at the dealer with no ride

I was having a pretty awful day: my tire had blown out on my trailer earlier that day and within an hour of getting that fixed one of my power steering hoses popped off and the whole system was emptied of fluid. I called around to several different Jamestown repair shops. None would even bother to take a look at it or try to help even though I offered to pay. They would only tell me to schedule an appointment for later that evening or the next day. I had to be in Fargo within a few hours so I was freaking out. I called Chevrolet service center and was told to stop by the service center and ask for Brent. He kindly checked out my situation and had the hose reattached with a new hose clamp within 10 minutes and even gave me some powering steering fluid. He saved my day! We were driving through town on a long road trip and stopped for a check engine light. They were overly accommodating and every person we met was friendly especially Clayton who we ended up buying a new vehicle from!Thanks to everyone we worked with.

I cant speak to their sales, since we went in for service- emergency, traveling across the country and the alternator light went on- service. We were very, very lucky to contact Mike who was willing and able to help us out and get the alternator changed and seal 4 vacuum leaks we didnt even know about(but made sense with everything else going on) and get us back on the road quickly. If ever you happen to be in the area and need service on your GM vehicle, this is the place Id recommend. Everyone is friendly, honest and sincerely helpful. (And we made it home with no other issues--which isnt bad considering we still had 1500 miles to go at that point).

Cal in sales went above and beyond the quality of customer service. He was even willing to come in on a Sunday to show us the vehicle we were interested in! During the process they never once said that it can’t be done instead it was will see what we can do. I live in Bismarck and went to a lot of dealerships around there but my husband and I have never been treated with so much respect and honesty as we did at Wilhelm. When we buy our next vehicle I’m making the drive to Jamestown, its defiantly worth it!

I went to Wilheim looking for a new vehicle. I have never been to their business before and I give it my highest recommendation for customer service and efficiency. CaL Ova, the sales rep.did a great job showing me the vehicles and got me an excellent and fair deal on a new Buick Encore. In addition, while waiting for my new vehicle, the washer on my Ford 150 froze. Since I couldnt get it into the local Ford dealership, Cal had one of his service people look at it They diagnosed the problem and sent me for a free car wash for my pickup to help thaw out the frozen washer and it worked. So, to say it again, thanks Cal and all the support staff for the wonderful customer service and getting me into a new vehicle efficiently and at a fair prize.

Well repair is very expensive but dealership is ok was willing to work with me to solve my problem no they did not very bad dealership sold me a vehicle that got me in garage every other time in less then 5 months

Brakes went out on the highway. Took it to the Ford garage. They sent us to the quick lube shop even though it wasnt safe to drive. Quick lube wasnt able to fix it. The Ford dealer put us off for a day. Called the Chevy dealer they got us in right away. This dealership is top notch!!!

Took my truck in for a check engine light. They told me it was a plugged charcoal canister so I said don’t worry about it. They didn’t listen and blew my charcoal canister up with a blow gun and I ended up walking out of there spending almost $800. They didn’t cover a dime. I’ll never give them my business again

Wilhelms takes good care of me. They can give you rides, let you take a loaner vehicle while youre having an oil change. Super convenient!

Slow service, stopped in for reduced engine power. They charged 140 to scan the code and replace the air filter and the reduced engine power warning came back on half an hour later. Misdiagnosed and over charged. Took it to another dealer and diagnosed it and repaired the part under warranty
