I came in on a Saturday morning and I was impressed with how busy the store was. If youre looking for the feel of a mom and pop shop, this is your place. I didnt purchase anything large (a small piece of vinyl flooring for my mudroom), but the owner took time to come over and talk to me. I could hear his conversation with other customers and I know they were spending more money than I was, but he treated me just the same. He did not make me feel as if my small job was unimportant. That is something that can be hard to find these days. I went to this store first because of the reviews. I thought they must be doing something right, and I can say for certain that they are! You MUST go to this store if you are looking for flooring. Even if they dont have what you are looking for you can at least listen to good music while you shop. =)

We walked in to look at flooring for our whole house. We were told where the product we were looking for was and that was it. Nobody talked to us, offered to answer questions or help in any way. They lost a sizable sale because of terrible customer service. We went with Morans up the street. Very helpful, friendly, no high pressure sales, just a great experience.

Ive used Floors at Your Door three times at two different houses. They are hard working, friendly, and will go the extra mile to get you flooring you will love. On top of that the prices are great. He did everything in his power to get us set up for installation as fast as possible even with it being a holiday weekend. My wife & I selected a Cali Moca bamboo flooring, in our great room, to blend with the waincoat on the walls. The grain pattern with knots is an awesome surface. Menash from Floors at Your Door assisted us recommending the engineered bamboo, not the solid, to fit our circumstance and subfloors surface. The flooring arrived & was acklamated for a week to our inside environment. Menashs installation specialist did a fantastic job, and the click-joint panals went together smoothly. When it came to fitting each panal to the stone fireplace hearth, it was scribed & molded to fit leaving a uniform gap for the floating floor. We did select the premium underlayment which provided a excellent cushion for the flooring. Coupling-up the floor with matching baseboard truly provided a polished appearance. The room is gorgeous.
