I went in to see if I could get something framed. But it seemed like it might be more than I wanted to spend. So I found a frame and asked the very nice lady if she could trim it to fit in this frame. She did and it looks amazing. And she was able to find me a coupon for the frame. My son made me this in high school. That was nearly 10 years ago!

Nice, clean store. I found just what I was looking for, fast. The Store wasnt crowed either which was nice. Pleasant check out experience as well. Cashier was friendly, knowledgeable. Ill definitely be back.

While shopping, I found a large selection of items and the store was well laid out. However, the staff was nonexistent and when I did interact with a staff member they were not helpful. It took me 15 minutes of waiting before I was able to check out. An additional team member walked by and completely ignored the line of customers waiting to check out. She felt more useful rearranging Christmas trees. While I was checking out I had a coupon code I wanted to use. When I presented the code I was told she needed the barcode and she had no idea how to put the code in the computer to honor the coupon. She also did not ask for assistance to help with the problem which led me to believe she did not care. I paid and left to save the other customers from waiting any longer. Great selection but employees need more training. I had an awful experience and most likely wont be back.

Its an excellent arts and crafts store

We were a little disappointed they no longer have hanging planters in the store. We ended up purchasing artificial flowers to replace what were in the planters we have.

The staff is typically respectful and Ive had very few bad experiences here. The products sold are good quality wise and displays are vibrant as well.

Great place for hard to find things. Seemed a bit picked over and there were at least 2 completely empty aisles (which is weird this near Christmas). Things in any specialty place will cost a bit more, but they are worth it. I promise.

Very nice store....but they need to be more helpful to the new workers at the register...my phone number dis not get entered before ww paid and she dis not know how to fix that. When I went and called the 800 number the next day...that lady did not know how to help me and it took an hour on the phone....I now have to wait ten days hopefully to get my rewards points on my account.

I brought in a print to be matted and framed, Shannon in framing was superior in assisting in the choice of matting as well frames and type of glass. She also was very expedient in turn around time. Very knowledgeable and professional. More ppl like Shannon are needed in the service industry.

The store is ok, but does not have the quantity of products that Hobby Lobby has just a mile or so away.The prices are higher and I never seem to find good sales there.This store actually feels like it is going out of business as the layout and shelves just seem empty.

Clean craft store with a friendly staff. They always have lots to chose from and pretty good sales. If you look online before your visit they offer a 40% coupon which you can print or pull up on your phone when youre there.

Michaels is a great place to shop for art and craft supplies. This large store carries supplies for a variety of crafts, from knit and crochet to scrap booking to sewing. It carries fine art supplies for oil, watercolor, and acrylic painting, charcoal pencils and markers for drawing. They also carry kids crafting kits and projects and artificial flowers.

They were great. I needed an item and called 2 c if they had it. They held it 4 me till I could get there next day. Very nice clerk.

Good selection of craft and novelty items. Prices can be a bit higher than other similar stores. Waiting for sales or finding coupons really helps (and they are fairly easy to find). Knowledgeable staff to help with problems, questions or solutions.

Sale signs are generally very specific product. Two items purchased were definitely more than expected. Cashier was unfriendly and rolling her eyes when a sweet older woman was very excitedly talking to her about her craft project. 3 stars because of products. Maybe just the Janesville location has gone down hill.

The people were very friendly. They however no longer carried what I went to purchase. I found some needed items at a really good price so Im happy with my trip, as usual.

Well the last two trips to Michaels were horrable. The first trip I was looking for an item that said it had 14 in stock but I had to ask 3 workers to look until one did but the manager told her not to bother because it was probably on the truck which comes in on Thursday and it was only Sunday. Does inventory update before it gets there?. Today I decided to order that item on line pickup at store. I rec. Email it was there so I went in, waited in line and when I got my turn I was told pickup was in back of store. Sign please. When I got to frames there was only one person working there and I waited. Another person came but could not help until her break was over and she could clock back in. So I waited. What a joke. No third time. Bye Michaels.

First time in any if these stores. I found it to have a vast selection of well......everything. I saw items that I couldve used in home improvement projects years ago. Well if I need that niche item this will be my go to.

They have lots of staff running around if you have questions. Unfortunately, most of them dont know where things are. I went in for birthday candles and ask three different people who sent me to three different locations. Finally found them in the bakery aisle.

I generally do not have a problem finding what Im looking for, which is nice, and they have quality products. I do have a problem with coupons that are good for only a few hours on certain days, and the store tells you to come back for a price adjustment. That kind of defeats the purpose for a coupon, doesnt it? 👎

Lots of stuff to pick from when you are feeling crafty, and even if you arent feeling crafty odds are youll find something youll like here. Good materials with good quality. Friendly staff. From picture frames to fake plants to seasonal decor such as holiday decorations, there is something here for just about everyone. Some things are expensive so keep that in mind because it is real easy to buy way more than intended. Shop the sales and get coupons. Itll help you a lot. Believe me.
