My husband took his semi here to get it fixed they billed the company and said that they replaced air condenser when really all they did was plug it so he had to take it back AGAIN to get the air condenser replaced this time. They also told him that they had painted the front bumper when they had NOT I dont know how they can run a business that way and expect people to want to keep coming back there if youre going to do a job do it right or dont Bill somebody for something that you didnt freaking do you are a big enough company that you ought to know better by now shame on you

If these are the same people who owned it when it was on Bell St. then its top notch.Ive been out of the truck scene for a while now but a few years back I took my semi in for a part and the parts guy actually came outside and looked at my engine to see what I needed - he was personally focused on getting me the part I needed.

Our International Bus broke a brake line on Friday. We had stopped just into Illinois at a rest area on our way to Arizona. They had Davis tow service come out within 2 hours of our call. Steve, the tow truck driver was great. As it was the Thanksgiving Day weekend, Lakeside would not be able to get at the bus until Monday and they were as good as their word. It was in the bay and being looked at within minutes of opening. All brake lines were checked and two areas replaced. We were back on the road shortly after lunch. They were very friendly and helpful. We are now heading into New Mexico and the brakes are working perfectly. Cant recommend the Lakeside International Truck repair in Janesville, Wisconsin highly enough!

Only dealt with the parts department. It feels like Im wasting their time everytime I stop it for parts. They always leave to grab the part and never tell me the price unless I ask. Im now only stopping there if I need the part that day. Will say they always have the parts.

I Have a 07 Peterbilt 379 and out of Janesville myself.They have done a variety of work for me from a rear main seal change to recently adding new led headlights and rear panel stainless steel new revolution LED lights on truck and many other jobs in between.the work has always been done in good time considering they are usually busy so I usually let them have it when I’m down at the house for awhile.the workmanship has always been good from little jobs to big ones too.i recommend them for any work needed on you’re truck.just expect it to take some time depending on what u need done and how busy they are!!!!!😎

Do not buy a truck from here. Every time they say its good and ready to go I get there and they say we still need to do this and that. Had more time in shop then out making money. Always attitude from workers when just asking questions about the truck. Hopefully Ill be back on the road soon. Tbc

Find a different shop if you need your truck back sooner than later. Took them 3 weeks to get a headlight switch, reverse light sensor, ABS valve and a belt for my 03 international. Took them another 16.5 hours to put them in.

People are friendly. Quality of work is not so good. You need to look at what they did. Air, coolant leakage should be checked after their repair even if you had nothing before your coming. Just my experience.

Today I had problem with my drive shaft center bearing on my Freiglinder Columbia. This shop appears to the closes for me. They check it and fix it within record time (3 hrs). Personal was very helpful and friendly. I am tired from Freiglinder dealership, they take their time just to increase the hours. I highly recommend this place.

Bought truck on 6/2/2017.. had it in 5 times after purchase. They left bolts loose that hold rear axle..left bolt finger loose on rim..had to replace front bald tires after they said it was inspected. I put 480 miles on truck. Took into lakeside.was told it needs head gasket & injectors. .lol.I bought 4300 dollar warranty from them..they told me they cant fix..told me I need to find place that will cover warranty. OMG. ( This place is the biggest rip off I ever saw ) would not even help me try to find a place to take it. ( WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE ) buyer beware..READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS
