These guys are clowns. Bought a trailblazer from them, 50 miles after purchase the check engine light came on. They said theyd take care of it. So I had to drive it back to Janesville from West bend. They kept the vehicle for 3 weeks, telling me everyday that they found something else wrong. Finally got the vehicle back and two days later check engine light came on. Took it in to a mechanic and he told me theres about $7000 in repairs, more than vehicles worth. DO NOT BUY from these slimeballs

Called the number given in an ad, failed to return my call. Sent a text requesting they call me and was given a different number to call. Called the number and scheduled a meeting to look at a vehicle, Kenneth failed to show. Texted Kenneth while waiting at Riverview Sales telling him I was waiting and he never replied. Kenneths Brother seen me waiting in parking lot and came out to tell me the vehicle I was there to see with Kenneth was sold. Kenneths Brother said Kenneth should have called...he didnt. Dont waste the energy with them.No Service, No Integrity, No Courtesy, No Sale to me...No Problem...No Stars for Riverview (No) Sales and (No) Service. ***I guess I have to leave a star, not by choice, but because this review needs at least one. So, they get one not because they earned it.

Was very disappointed we looked at some vehicles there and iwas there a while no one ever came out so we left and went elsewhere

These guys are great. Took my car there with an oil leak and after they looked at it they recommended I contact my dealer since I have a warranty and told me I needed a rear main seal. Plus they didnt charge me for looking at it. I took my car to the dealer and they told me it wasnt that but 2 seals further up. Well after they replaced the 2 seals it was still leaking and it turned out that it was the rear main seal that needed replacing. Thank God for the warranty because all this totaled $2259.I will be bringing my other vehicles here when they need work.

Watch out for this place !!! Ended up finding out the vehicle I bought had been involved in a accident. My fault I guess because I didnt ask for a Carfax report but still think they should of disclosed it to me. Also, the vehicle that I traded in has not been removed from my name and I received a parking ticket from a City I dont go to. Never again !!!
