Target needs to do better with their mobile app. You guys don’t even know what is in your store. You have stuff online for people to order that says in stock but it’s not actually in stock. Me and my mom tried ordering a locking backpack and it said it was in stock and her order was confirmed and they even took her money but then a few minutes later it was canceled cause they said they didn’t have it and she has to wait 4 days for the money to go back on her card and it has happened at more than one target store now. Keep better track of what’s in your store.

I purchased a tv in the store. Was going to be sent to my house . Called your service group . No help what so ever. I will return to the store for a full refund.

Making a registry is easy and fun, and come with some perks! It is nice to have a physical location to touch and feel what you want to add to the registry and the option to add/change items online.

Friendly efficient staff, so easy to order on line and walk up and pick up the item!

Ordered an item online with a total of 147.70. Came to the store to pick it up and they told me it was unavailable. No email/phone call saying my order could not be processed. They couldn’t provide me a receipt for my refund in store and told me to call the 1800 number. Now I’m out 147.70 for multiple business days until the money is redeposited. Things happen, but no email regarding cancellation, then no refund receipt, then I myself have to call and inconvenience more of my time to speak with somebody on the phone for answers.

I found what I was looking for online, made my purchase and choose pick up. It was ready in a few hours. I dont shop target often so this was convenient for me for the couple items I got.

Every time I come here (not super popular times) There is only ever two checkout open with at least 6 if not more people in each waiting. This location is horrible at keeping enough checkouts open to get customers through the lines in a reasonable time (30 minutes is not reasonable).

This location has the most friendly staff! I feel comfortable coming here with my one year old because everyone is very considerate and friendly .

Needs some updating, Starbucks display area is unkept and dirty, weird smell when you walk in almost like a grease trap or mildew; no self check-out area, registers get cramped and busy. Otherwise, staff is friendly and helpful.

I am really starting to like shopping at Target! I love the Dollar Spot right when you walk in. Its nice having some smaller stuff thats not too expensive and they have quite a bit of it too! This is where you can also find some of the holiday stuff they carry. They always have some kind of sale going on and taking advantage of Target Circle also helps in savings!

The management/managers here are awful, especially one named Jeff. I have witnessed him screaming at an employee, super unprofessional! The rest of the staff is nice but man, those managers make me not want to shop there. I have also noticed how many new staff is there every time I go in, so I would say don’t work there!

Target has the cutest stuff. Employees are always nice and welcoming. The only negative is the prices can be kind of high on some things, but I also understand there is a distinct difference between Target quality and walmart for example. I dont go into target to just grab an essential item, or to look for something cheap. I go to less often, because prices are higher and because ill go broke. I like to buy my sons clothes at target, they seem to be more on trend. Thats all I got. Hope this helps .

Went for simple yellow ruled pads, all kinds of fancy note pads a ruled paper for ring binders and tons of spiral pads but nodda on the basics.

Well for starters the mask mandate has ended so no body can legally ask about masks and its illigal for anyone to ask me questions about my esa dog like seriously that is so far and beyond disrespectful but I do love there swim wear mix and matches prices can be a bit over priced

Its a decent Target. Expect it to be busy at all hours of the day. We need a 2nd Target in Janesville!

I accidentally left the store without one of my bags. Its the day after black Friday and decently busy! The cashier ran all the way outside to find me and give me my bag. She was also polite and very friendly at the checkout. These little things (kindness) make a huge difference and made my day.

They refused to price match a few items even though it qualified with the price match policy. They were making up why they couldnt price match even though was able to prove to them that in the policy that the items qualified. After 30 minutes they said that they couldnt honor the prices.

Today as we were leaving my mother made the observation that this target did not have self check out like the one she was used to and an employee yelled to us from behind us “YEAH. IT ISNT A SUPER TARGET.” in an incredibly snotty tone. I normally don’t review online but this was a completely unacceptable reaction to a conversation that was in no way negative about this location and that she was not a part of.

I know it’s a trope that moms live shopping at Target, but I really love shopping here. The Starbucks is a great first stop before browsing the Dollar Spot. The displays are bright and fun, and the employees are friendly. The new Target Circle makes it easy to take advantage of good sales. When I’m in a hurry, being able to order ahead for pickup or even drive thru is fantastic! 10/10 would recommend

They have everything I need I only have to shop at one place they have cute clothes for kids and adults.

Every time I have gone to the Janesville, WI store, I have always been helped and/or checked out quickly. Everyone is extremely friendly! I used the drive up pickup service for the first time the other day because it was absolutely freezing. Despite the frigid temperature, the salesperson who brought out my items was in very high spirits and super friendly - which made my day better!

My saved circle coupons didnt apply to my order and Emma was patient and worked it out for me. When buying baby products, every cent counts!

Greatest retail experience Ive ever had, and Ive worked retail for 10+ years personally!Lauren (last name unknown) at the Humes Road, Janesville location is a true rock star! My wife and I came in to purchase a crib we saw online, but were having trouble entering in a gift card, so we went to the physical store to get help. Lauren walked us through the purchase, had a technical problem, and apologized for having this process take so long...and having to start over again.All the while, the phone is ringing, customers are lining up behind is for returns/exchanges, drive up orders are arriving that need delivery, but she stuck by us and made sure we were her priority, delegating tasks and asking for help from her coworkers. She kept her cool, made sure we were beyond 100% satisfied, and if I could have Lauren as a coworker, life would be good!Ive never had anything more then an average experience/interaction at a big box store. This has set the bar so high that Im going to try to achieve the same for my future customer interactions.More then 5 star service, that girl deserves a raise!!! Thanks Lauren!!!

I had a terrible experience I drove 30 minutes to get to the location and they will not even let us in because shopping is for vulnerable shoppers only from 8 to 9. Here is a thought target, if you want to change your hours put it on google.

Target is life. I get almost everything for my son there. They do great deals that get you gift cards when you spend a certain amount of money in the baby department. I love Cat & Jack clothes, that are a Target brand, and their Cartwheel app is awesome for even more savings!

The ease of drive up is so helpful. Especially when you have a disability that makes it hard to get around the store.

Love the store great variety however the employees are not very friendly and dont smile. If youre on a register and in the morning dont you think you should be kind? This lady just looked at me and didnt say a word. Very disappointed.

While staff was helpful, they are lacking in their clothing department vs the fitchburg store which has so much I was there for over an hour looking at badgers clothing. The setup is so much friendlier, too in fitchburg. But like i said, the staff is willing to help you find your items and that goes a long way!

Ive been in better Targets. The merchandise is all the same but this store just felt really small. The isle are close together and it is a little dirty. To me it felt like a better Walmart (if there is such a thing).

During my visit on 02/28/20 I over heard a worker named Tammy yelling and belittling another co worker. Felt bad for the over worker. Tammy seams rude.

This is one of the cleanest department store that you can find, and Target always seems to have good pricing on a vast array of of goods. Plus yhey have a very capable photography studio.

Employees dont ask if you need help bathroom was very dirty no paper towels and no toilet paper in 2 stalls. Didnt have the 2 items I went there for. So it will be the last time I go there. Staff is very unprofessional.

Target is great for baby supplies except when they are changing something in a department. This Target in particular doesnt seem to understand. If i committed to using Target baby formula, i cant just switch for a week or two while you wait for the cans with the new packaging to come in. Instead o ended up driving all over trying to buy and hoard the formula my son needed. Janesville is the only Target that i have experienced that is this bad about letting stock run out.
