Love, love, love the Manager was so very nice in fact there were 3 girls working and I interacted with all. But the Manager was so cheerful and helpful I even asked if I could apply.

Love this place but only shop when they have a sale

Great place to get place to get perfumes, soap, lotions and such. Slight selection for men. Never heard My Lady complain after stopping here.

I placed and order in november, after not receiving it, i spent an extensive amount of time on hold just to be hung up on after being told the items i ordered were out of stock so they could not be replaced. Called back and 2nd person told me they would rush my order and replace the out of stock items with things close to what i ordered. The next morning i wake up to yet another email stating my order had been canceled due to being out of stock again. By this time i was on the 3rd call and spent more time then i wanted talking to a supervisor who made me feel like she was doing me a favor for trying to get my items replaced. She kept saying as a favor to me she would not charge me. Excuse me i just want what i paid for. In the end 2 days in a row i had to again pay shipping again. Then the supervisor told me i would be getting a gift card with my replacements for all the issues i had. Guess what never seen that either..... As to ever ordering from them again. I would not recommend to anyone. This ranks very high i worst online order experience and customer service Ive ever had.

Took forever to figure out the coupons, then I went all the time bc I could use multiple coupons in one visit. Now they started restricting the use of the coupons like the free gift is only good for body care or u can only use one free gift coupon/day. What body care product can u get at bath & body for $6.50? A 4oz hand cream. Not worth the trip.

Good variety. This is the typical Bath and Body Works cookie cutter store with an abundant variety of products and scents. If you buy here, you can exchange anywhere. Staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products. Kindness is very evident when observing staff interactions with customers who need extra time.

I love this place i love all the lotions and perfumes i buy my sister her favorite scent sweet pea only downside is they are really exspensive i only go when they have sales

Great place to get beauty products from but not if you have skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema because most of there products have perfumes. If you have those skin problems it’s best you should only get hand sanitizers but check the stuff you get first.

They changed the mens stuff here every month, you find something you like then it is gone. Havent bought anything here in months. Mahogany woods is no longer available here

I took my 3 daughters to the store today and 1 ended up breaking a candle. She was so upset and crying. A kind employee took time to comfort her and help her understand it was an accident and it was ok. I really appreciated the time she took to help my kiddo recover from the incident.

I like this place very much. Everytime I have been here always had some kind of special going on.Nice for needed gifts.

Nothing but a ok smelling mess. Floor staff was attack then disappear. Go to register hi who helped you and when you said none the typed in there names. Don’t ask for the management they argue more then the workers. I would went to my in-laws dinner if I knew this manager was as rude as her.

What can I say, wife loves every Bath and Body works. You been to one, you been to them all. Very clean and professional employess that know their job well.

I was waited on a girl named Stephanie who was completely down right rude and condescending while waiting on me. Someone with that kind of attitude shouldnt be working in retail. A pile of excrement would be friendlier than she is. Will not be returning to this location.
