Is it just the bed that I was looking for and a very satisfied with the attention that I got! It wasnt too pushing. It was just right. But then again I was a very motivated buyer and knew I was walking out of there that day with a new bed. I went back to them because I got my 1st bed for them 30 years ago and thats the one I was changing out.

The employee helping me explained everything that I needed to know. Since this will be the last bed that I’m going to purchase I had a lot of questions. The price of the bed and frame was reasonable. I will get everything in one week. I have arthritis of my lower back and this bed will help relieve pain while I’m sleeping

We went in looking for mattresses for the kids and found out the sale had just ended, even though we were told that it was still going. Scotti was great and did not hesitate to honor the sale for us. He showed us the best options for the best prices and we couldnt be happier with our service and purchase!

The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable with all mattresses and didn’t really try and “up sell” us on things. That can be a turn-off. He did a great job and we are excited for our new bed!

Plenty of beds in a wide price range on display. Salesperson listened to our needs and spent some no-rush time helping us choose. Mattress Firm had a discount on our choice and they have some great no interest financing. Queen sized beds are available for quick delivery but not full sized. Delivery charge is going to run between $100 - 150. The high end delivery option includes putting the new bed together and hauling away the old mattress and box spring. Great place.

We went in searching for a replacement similar to the worn out 8 year old BeautyRest that we presently own. We have been very happy with our present mattress. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable about their products.They answered all our questions and made suggestions based on our input. We were able to try out several products with no pressure to buy. We especially liked the 120 day satisfaction guarantee. Time will tell but we have a good feeling about buying the mattress here.

Purchased mattress & box spring and within 60 days the mattress became extremely lumpy. When I called and spoke with the manager he said there was nothing he could do to fix it because I cut the tags off. Will never buy from this location again.

The shopping was a five star experience. Matt OMeara was very friendly and helpful with finding us the right mattress. He did not pressure and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. The delivery, however, was far short of expectations and, though regrettable, warranted a loss of a star. They literally carried the giant box through the front door, said have a nice day and left. We struggled to get it to the bedroom and couldnt take it out of the box before that because plastic was only over top of mattress, bottom was open (and getting the mattress dirty from dragging would void the warranty since there was no protector on it). Then theres the issue of the cardboard itself. I had thought they would take it and dispose of it. Theres no way it would fit in anyones recycle bins! Overall night and day difference from last store that delivered our mattress.

Went in and was greeted by the salesman promptly. Told him what we were looking for and he had one left where the price of a queen was the same as a full size. Saved $200 and left with the mattress we were looking for. Great service.

Went in at spur of the moment was greeted by a very friendly salesman by the name of Nate, he asked what we were looking for we explained we were looking for a mattress for our daughter he was very straight forward and stated that all the mattress on the floor were queens and that she would probably be better off with a full, he was very straight forward with us asked us if there was a absolute limit we were not wanting to go above, he showed us a few options let her try out a mattress and was very helpful with the frame situation, he didn’t try to up sell us, the whole thing took about 15 minutes and then we just talked he was very professional, I had my eye on a pillow and he went ahead and asked how I sleep at night and I explained I was a side sleeper and he actually informed me that the pillow I was looking at probably wouldn’t be a good match for me but instead let me try out a different pillow it was actually cheaper than the one I originally looked at but again he wasn’t looking to up sell just was trying to get us products that are comfortable we walked out very happy we will definitely be going back for future purchases....

Professional staff, but the smaller showroom meant limited choices to try. Trade looks cheaper than most ($88), but also adds on a 20% fee, which can be very expensive. Still worth a look if youre mattress shopping.
