This place did an awesome job at doing my daughters ear piercing. There were actually two workers working who were able to do her ears at the same time and there was no appointment needed. They were more welcoming than the other place at the mall. They explained in detail multiple times so my daughter understood and reassured her that it will be not that bad. When they were finished my daughter was like ...that was it?! Lol Great job and I highly recommend them over the other place that does piercings in the Janesville Mall.

I was in there today (Nov 19, 2018) and bought a necklace and ankle bracelet for my kids to give to their mom as a birthday present. No mention was ever made of extended care agreements and the woman working was very deliberate about folding the receipt in a little folder thing and placing it the bag, which made it much less likely I would look at it. When I get home and look at it I see she added extended agreements to both articles I purchased, neither of which was discussed or wanted. Of course I live 30 minutes away which makes it hardly worth the drive to try and get a refund.Very deceptive business practice, do not trust this place.

So I went to go get my cartilage pierced and she used a gun. If you know anything about piercings you know that guns should only be used on first lobes because guns shatter your cartilage and cause your cartilage to break. That can rarely heal if you take the earring out and will leave a volcano like structure that looks like a pimple but you physically can’t pop it. This structure causes pain and will most likely get infected because anytime it gets hit it will stay sensitive forever. Also she wasn’t professional at all and I pierced my own ears better and I’m young to do that. There is also a bump on the front where my cartilage clumps from her failure. Also the earring she pierced it with ended up being bent because she used a gun, which means whenever I put an earring in there the hole isn’t straight so I need to wiggle the earring around which is also painful. All in all don’t go here to get your ears pierced.
