Walked in & the front display had had an inappropriate book for children in the middle. I flipped the book over while my children were browsing. I also mentioned this to the cashiers at check out.I was kind & considerate, first asking who picked the displays. I didn’t request or demand they change it, just suggested they consider they types of individuals they pull in.Their response was to flip the book back over while we were still in the store.I posted the whole display image and didn’t focus in on the middle one. For a book store who pulls mostly kids and teens along with the fact that they intentionally flipped the book back over while my young children were browsing, I don’t expect to go back in there with my littles.

Amazing customer service! Patient, friendly and helpful. Huge selection of books, magazines, collectibles, and games. We went in there to get my son a book and left with a membership and 7 books. They are helping the community to get elementary children books. Well worth a visit.

A delightful shop! One of the few bookstores where books take front seat, as opposed to collectables. The staff are passionate and friendly. They also offer a generous discount program which works online and in store. If they dont have what you are looking for they will happily order it for you. A good shop!

I love this location! Great selection of board/card games, books for all ages, and the employees are always so helpful. If you are looking for something and cant find it, they always look online to see if they can order it for you. Also, if youre a bookmark collector, this is a wonderful place to look for more!

Ive been going here for years. They have great selection on books, games and gifts. Their membership benefits are pretty decent also. The staff are amazing and will assist you asap.

The store was kept ultra clean. They have a vast variety of books for all ages and every genre. Toys are sold in store for a low cost. They also sell masks and other items.

Very friendly workers and nice environment

Rather your looking for the latest horror novel, or something to accompany your latest fandom, they have it all! Its a great place to browse, as they have books and accessories you dont find other places. Lots of treasures waiting to be found! Do to the limitations of their store size, they may not have every book your looking for, but they have a user friendly website you can order from. There is always something new to explore in this store. The staff is friendly and super helpful. My last trip there, I couldnt help but buy an adorable Niffler plushie from Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them. I could easily live here!

Although the staff mostly leave you alone to browse, they are almost impossible to find when its time to pay for your items. Then they ask if you would like to make a donation to their cause, ask if you are a member and then if you want to pick 3 magazines from the list. I just want to pay for my book and leave without further hassel.

A fine bookstore in a corporate chain sort of way. I only give it a three because used bookstores tend to have better prices and more interesting items, and local bookstores just have more soul. And sometimes a cat.

Overall people sometimes... SOMETIMES... knows where books are. Otherwise,It would be nice if people had a uniform of somedort.I wish I was able to work my job wearing sweatpants.. also, it would be nice to have a place to sit and read the $30 book I’m about to buy, so I don’t get stuck with something I’m going to return. This is reasons why I either go to Barnes and noble or order online.

Awesome selection of hard and soft cover books. Lots of popular titles and authors, even some not-so-popular ones. Definitely gonna stop here every time I go to the mall.

Good selection of books, lots of fun gift items, lots of deeply discounted items. If youre looking for classics such as Dickens, Tolstoy, Wilde, Austen, etc., they have a very good selection of paperbacks for about $5.

I was shopping for a Catholic bible. Staff was very helpful. I got a bible for granddaughters 1st Communion! And found some other books as sales were too good to pass up!

They closed at 8. We did not know this. I promised my daughter she could pick out a new book. We arrived at 7:55. The man that worked there was quick to tell us we had 2 min and watched us by the doors. We never picked a book. Did not give us an extea 10 min to even look. He could have gotten his only sale that day and made my daughters day but instead we had to leave with tears. Not happy. Not good customer service. This is why we buy from Amazon after 8 pm.

As it becomes harder and harder to find a brick-and-motrar book store, what one hopes to find inside tends to change. Im a big fan of non-fiction myself. Mostly science and survival books. I tend to find the things Im looking for with some variety every time I go. My kids like to linger for a while, so while I wait I also enjoy perusing the games and toys. The staff is also friendly and helpful

My most recent visit to BaM, the associate working there did not greet me. He did greet another customer who came in after me and asked if he could help her. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for (it had moved since the last time I was there).

With help from the only employee there I found the book I was looking for. Kinda felt sorry for her she was trying to do 10 things at once. Answering the phone running the checkout help the line of people. What I am trying to say is she could have used some help. But I did what I came to do.

Bookstores are a dying breed. Its unfortunate they have to become like Spencers just to stay afloat. Decent selection. Standard amount of help.

Please avoid this book store as there are many really nice helpful to shop from. This bookstore has a website and if you go to the website you can look for the book you want and then for availability in your area put in your zipcode well on the website a boot was nearly half the price, and it was available about 20 minutes away, which was close so we drove there. IN THE STORE THE BOOK WAS NEARLY DOUBLE THE PRICE and they DID NOT CARE if it was on sale on their very own website, they didnt care, they would not give you the sale price! Totally ridiculous business here and never in my life have i seen that anywhere else i have shopped many places have websites so they can get your business ! Obviously this company could care less, by the way ended up nice for me as I found the same exact book even cheaper then the website price at a book store nearby. Go Barnes & Noble, and the clerk there was much nicer and helpful. I will be shopping there alot more from now on.

Please avoid this place unless you want an attitude from the girl behind the counter. According to my receipt her name was Shawnya. Thursday July 6th around 4pm my wife came in looking for a book and the girl was very annoyed to help her. While we were checking out some of the kids changed their mind on the things they were getting. And she flipped her hand on the counter like we were putting her out, or like there was a huge lond behind us. There was no one behind us. Just rude all around ...better off buying it on Amazon.

I walked in and there was no sales associate to be found. If I wanted to, I probably could have robbed the place blind- as the only clerk working was in the back room for what seemed like 2-3 minutes. I left without making a purchase.
