I use to prefer this location. However went there 9/23/21 no one greets you. After waiting for someone to become available, we were still not greeted. Then staff decided to help a customer who just walked in the door. Still not greet so left store. I’m sure the customer service is totally fine they were treating the customers they did have well. But come on improve your people skills, greet customers who come into the store and say someone will be with you shortly.
Me and my boyfriend were upgrading to iphone 12’s and worked with Jess. We were there for a total of 5 hours trying to figure out why our stuff wasn’t transferring but he was very patient and helpful and continued to give us updates while helping other customers! He even stayed after hours to make sure both phones were set up correctly and made sure they were good to go. I felt terrible that we kept him after but he said he would rather have our phones up and working! They were very busy but him and his coworker, kiarah (I think) were awesome! They got through people in a timely manner and were very polite. If you see this, thank you again!!
I stopped in a week or so ago and Tyler Jones did real good job helping me out and directing me to what I needed and asked for. I would recommend him if you are in need of their services and this store.
I stopped in Tuesday June 30th because I was having troubles with my phone and after discussing things with Kyle I decided to purchase a new phone. Kyle was so helpful, answered all my questions and helped me decide which phone was best for me. I was impressed that he didnt steer me into buying the most expensive phone they sold, he listened to what I needed and wanted in a phone. I never thought I could have so much fun buying a phone, he has a great personality. I cant thank Kyle enough for the great customer service.
We stopped in today for a couple of questions. Our sales rep appeared annoyed with each question we had. She was short and extremely disinterested in dealing with us. This is the third time we have gotten similar treatment at this store. I inquired about a phone on display and she said it was discontinued even though there was a sign with the details on pricing etc. I asked if they should take if down and she said no. I dont think you should advertise a phone you cant cell. UPDATE: Store manager reached out to me today and apologized for our experience and listened to my concerns. Offered a credit on our bill, which was not necessary but appreciated. He seemed quite genuine and we will definitely go back and give them another shot.
I came back this week and worked with Joe who is better than excellent. Makes you feel right at home, in good hands and a very satisfied customer when you leave. My case was a difficult one, but Joe NEVER made me feel like it was an inconvenience. I will ALWAYS come back here for service. THANKS, JOE!!!!!!!!!
Used to love this location UNTIL they decided to push the Invisible shield on my Brand New Samsung S20+ after application it wore off and left product scratches in the screen (I keep my phone in my empty pocket and my dress pants scratched it off) and NO COVERAGE not even an attempt to make it right . They have lost my future business over a $20 profit.
At least twice a year you have to go back after making a payment to them to see why they didnt post it to your account. They are very unprofessional and refuse to own their mistakes. Supposedly they entered the phone number wrong that the payment was supposed to be made to even tho my receipt says my phone number and the account holders name and they write the number down and repeat it back to you to confirm. If the main store in town wasnt so busy all the time id go there.
Had the most amazing experience here. Joe at the pine tree plaza IS the reason Im still with US Cellular. Thank you Joe for for all you do to make sure your customer is a satisfied individual.

It is the store where I get the original US cellular quality service that was provided since they opened. Not real crazy about the new belief plans but the agents always look out for best interest of the consumer.
