I hate taking time off. I ALWAYS mark on a calendar when I get fuel so I know when my credits expire. I always avg about 1700-2,000 gallons of fuel a month at the TA/Petro so am always gear 5 and can use a credit for food. Today was the last day to use a credit before it expired after being off for a week. I purposely planned my fuel stop here so I can get Wendys with a credit. And like as happens with a lot of Tas the kiosk was down so I lose my credit. Why wont the TA/PETRO be like EVERY other truck stop chain and allow you to swipe your card in the restaurants. They have no problem getting my money for all the fuel I buy but cant keep a kiosk working or make the reward usable like every other chain. This is so disappointing. I planned my fuel and 30 minute break here and cant use my credit and no time to stop at another one. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️😡😡😡😡

Shop looked at our trailer and realized right away they couldnt help us as it was a light harness issue but gave driver wrong info - said it couldnt be repaired without being unloaded. Appreciate the fairness of the staff there but am getting this trailer into a shop that can fix it as we cant be without lights. Trailer can be repaired without being unloaded.

This TA is in the medium size so parking gets full quick, fuel pumps are a bit tight so you better pay attention when pulling 2 the slots or youll hit something, there are some reserve parking spots but it gets full quickly so better call if running late to make sure U can get 1 ahead of time, there is no Country Pride here just a Wendys restaurant with a large capacity seating area, food is not always fresh specially the frys so if U want a fresh batch order like me frys with no salt/burger without some sauce ingredient or different kind or bread. this place has a repair shop like any other TA despite its size, restrooms are a bit unkempt, I like the various kinds of cheeses this store has very tipical of WI. There are several businesses around this TA (other restaurants/home depot/hotels) so this place is located on a key area

Pizza was great!! Prices are a little jacked, but gouging the consumer is what these guys do. Although,, we were told after having to stay 2 nights to get our skoolie looked at at a local shop, that this truck stop Only allows semis to park overnight according to the manager, (Brandon?).If youre a nomad who drives a vehicle bigger than a van, dont think youre spending the night. Roll on to Elkhorn or Poynette.

Night shift cashier are very rude ...they have a couple gambling machines when u cash out the ticket prints out at the front cashiers ..and they are very rude when u win they dont like to pay out...take the machines out if u dont like people winning!!!!

Very well lit areas, nice range of services and products offered. Only problem I had was getting too cold inside the building. It was cold and snowy weather at the time, but still it couldve been a bit warmer inside in the seating areas.Clean, neat, well stocked with friendly workers and patrons. Having just moved up to this area at the time with just my cat, I was very grateful and nicely surprised by the friendliness of people in this area. I was definitely mislead by someone I trusted. I have found more friendliness and acceptance from complete strangers here than in some people I have known for years.I think all the workers inside and outside the TA locations all deserve my heartfelt KUDOS for making an anxious and trying trip less stressful.

Located in a good area for CDL drivers who have some down time and need a few things. Have several restaurants around, grocery store, electronic store, all across the way from this place. Courteous Staff, limited shower rooms think only 4-6. Shower rooms were clean. Personally appreciated the clean water.

This is the worst customer service I am owner operated and I take fuelat-least three times a week. This week, I came in the store after ITake fuel I was trying to pay things. I picked up a cereal topay it, and I realized it is not the kind of cereal I eat it. Then Iput it back its original location I picked it up. When I came into thecashier, there was a lady on there. She asked me the cereal I pickedit up, and I told her I don’t want it, but I have other things to payit. She judged me that I stole it.I was very mad and confused as well. Absolutely terrible. Stopped here to use the restroom, there was an employee standing outside the women’s restroom. When I proceeded to walk towards to door to go in he points at me and yells “NO” as if I’m a two year old. Then proceeds to tell me it’s closed for cleaning and asks if I want him to walk me to the alternate bathroom which I refused because screw him. When we asked for a manager the lady at the fuel desk paused for a long time then said she was the supervisor on duty. When we asked again if there was a manager or if she was the only person available she paused for a long time again before saying yes. When I explained to her the situation she told me to calm down that she was trying to help, which she was not in any way, and said she would talk to that person. The only good thing about this place was the other maintenance guy who profusely apologized for the other employee saying he should have never treated us that way. He had put more effort into making the customer happy than anyone else here.

Location is why I give this place five stars. Very close to lots of shopping, restaurants and Starbucks. Walking distance to Olive Garden, Fuddruckers, Ross, etc. Friendly service and seemed to have clean facilities.

Even with the def only available on pumps 2,3,4 currently on the diesel island still a very nice store. Clean with easy access from the highway. The beef sticks and cheese curds have so many flavors to choose from. Good prices, if your not in the mood for fast food there is a really good buffet across the road in the mall.

I found the place very neat and clean with very good prices... It was conveniently located for easy access from the highway as well as the expressway even though the expressway is still under construction. I stopped to get my tank topped off and saw some friendly folks who were getting fuel also. A car show must of been near by as I noted several vintage automobiles while gaining the experience.

Small in the way of truck parking but has plenty of other things going for it! They stock a large variety of local cheeses and meats and pickled items including eggs, green beans and ham hocks. They have a liquor store inside the Travel Center which is pretty decently stocked. For breakfast they have a pretty large selection of fresh donuts the employees were super friendly. While the bathrooms could have used a little attention I will definitely be putting this on my list of preferred rest areas.

The employees at the Wendys are basically mindless blobs. There was a day that if you talked that way to customers about customers youd get a good ol fashion right hook up side the head. If you dont like your job go elsewhere. Just another guy bomb place to never step into again

Truckstop great prices on lots of things here, nice selection of soft drinks. Usually some cheap hot foods waiting.

I regularly shop here and one day I heard them talking rudely about how much water I buy. When I approached the register they made a sarcastic hey look what a surprise hes getting water gesture. Disrespectful and unnecessary. Fire all these clowns

Theres all kinds of places to eat around here most of them I have never been to and will not take a chance that theres not as good as Wendys spicy chicken sandwich theyre chili smothered in onions with cheese their strawberry lemonade.. its the best..

Stopped here to get a torn mudflap replaced. Within 10 minutes I was back on the road. Will definitely stop here again

No one pulled up after fueling, told the lady inside with the messy hair and she starts screaming how she doesnt care. So I left without fueling and I will never come back. Problem solved.

Right off the freeway and has most of the things you would need. Offers diesel and gas, has a fast food place and trinkets. I love stopping at truck stops and seeing what little surprises they have in store. The staff are friendly and the place is clean and well lit.

I went here back in August, 2016. The travel center is very clean and the staff here is very helpful. I’m from Erie, Pennsylvania so we didn’t know anything about the area, the staff was nice enough and helped us out.

The shop is horrible. I went in with an air leak which they NEVER located. Told them that I KNOW theres an air leak said well we cant find one so you can go. Get to PA and had to have break chamber replaced. Dude your tech sux.

The guy working in Wendy’s name Dustin is super rude he treated a door-dash delivery guy really disrespectful and and couple more customers including me which shouldn’t be happening to anybody .

Friendly staff! They will happily help you and answer any questions you have. The shower I had was clean, hot and powerful! Theres a game room, a Wendys and a liquor store! The only down side to this TA is that there is limited parking spaces. This is by far, one of the the best TAs Ive ever been to nation wide!! -M

Wendys inside the T/A is seriously FUBAR! Get this... a 4-piece chicken nugget is $1.19, while a 6-piece is $2.09. If you order a dozen nuggets as 3 4-piece, youll pay $3.58. If you order a dozen nuggets as 2 6-piece, youll pay $4.18 - .60 more!And what makes this location so FUBAR, is that if you try to explain this to the manager on-duty, they give you the same look as your dog does if you try to read Macbeth by Wm. Shakespeare to him - he looks at you with rapt interest, but he just doesnt understand.

Everything about this TA is weird the layout inside ect. Had trailer repairs here did it in a timely matter. If you stop here for food there is quite a few options with in walking distance.

Just left the shop after getting our 2015 KW serviced. They are very thorough and the job was done right. Our mechanic, Curt, found where a part of the hood was rubbing through our brake lines on the front axle. Finding & fixing this while it was being serviced saved us time, money, a potential breakdown or worse and was, in our opinion, above and beyond. Thank you TA and thank you Curt.

Exceptional Service had to re~do alignment which had been done on wrong axle settings at Youngstown. The Master tech quickly assessed the problem and corrected it. Manager went out of his way to expedite the paperwork even troubleshoot a glitch

Absolutely horrible never will I go there again it was 2 in the morning had to wait for a half an hour for a burger from Wendys the gentleman in front of me was there already he waited for 25 minutes got his number 2 with bacon to go leaves goes out to his truck he comes back and slams a sandwich on the counter and tell them theres no bacon on it which I would have been upset myself waiting that long and your orders not right when theres only 2 customers there they were too worried about being on their cell phones when he slammed the bag down on the counter and demanded his money back the lady at the register said no I dont have to give you your money because you slammed your bag down and I said thats not right hes upset give the man his money she said no I said cancel my order also and I loved that was so wrong and so unprofessional needless to say I parked in the parking lot for a couple hours went in at 6 to get a cup of coffee to go all the coffee pots were empty and the creamers very poorly operated at this facility not happy customers no return business

I wish I had looked inside the windies restaurant before I ordered and paid for my food. The floor was disgusting tons of old French fries, Buns, food, trash all over looks like it hadnt been swept her mopped in a week Ill never go back.

Everything was fine until I went into one of their CLEAN showers... The soap was watered down like they were running out of it or something. And I accidentally dropped my razor into one of the CLEAN Garbage cans that they supposedly clean after every person that uses the shower. Well there was bloody napkins in there along with other crumbled up napkins god only knows what the were used for. Plus more random trash. Needless to say I wasnt digging for my $30 razor. Thanks TA! I will never use this Truck stop in Janesville agian.

This location flunks particularly for an OTR driver who has gone out of his way to arrive at a TA for a 36 hr reset based on brand loyalty alone. TA has gone to a lot of effort over the years to establish brand standards that include at the very least, a sit-down restaurant. Perhaps 24 hours but if not thats OK for a rest. Perhaps with a healthy salad bar.But as an international long-hauler I am now averaging at least 2 TA/Petros a month that have broken the unwritten contract of brand standard by which I award them my loyalty. I specifically picked this TA with my weekly hours about to expire -- to find I was expected to eat fast-food for 5-6 meals.Flubbo TA/Petro! This is now the 4th time in 2 months you had me at your door with money-in hand: a $400 diesel fill, DEF, ATM fees, at least 5 meals . . . and I had to drive away to find a Flying J. They ALWAYS make sure a Flying J has a sit-down restaurant. If not, they call it a Pilot! Simple! And you know ahead of time what to expect and how to plan your journey.For those non-drivers, consider that youve planned a lovely night out at a Texas Roadhouse. You arrive to find its indeed a Texas Roadhouse II featuring Big Macs and Fries only. Not a bad thing if youre in the mood for it. But a huge disrespectful slap-in-the-face if you came expecting it to be . . . a Texas Roadhouse!
