Great staff, huge selection

Thanks to Spencer and the super nice girl who didnt know who slimer was from the Ghostbusters 😂🤣we got some awesome animatronics there! Great selections!

Excellent selection, decent prices, tons of large yard props are set up to experience, and look at. The enormous selection of props, costumes and parts should help you make a great costume.

We came last night to get our son his first Halloween costume and we bought one along with a few other things and when we got home his costume was not in the bag everything else was there and we tried to call but the store itself doesn’t have its own number so we decided to be there when they open just to find out that the manager isn’t here to open the store we have now been sitting here for 37 minutes waiting this is ridiculous just to grab what they didn’t give us last night

Went in there looking for a Halloween costume and left with the inflatable t-rex costume!!! Cant wait to wear it!! 😂

Went there for the first time today and WOW. They have a super awesome selection, fitting rooms, and amazing decor. I havent seen that much stuff for all needs at any other Halloween Store!

Worst store ever. Bad customer service with rude employees and they lie about ordering your items or dont return your items when the store policy says they do. Dont shop there
