I purchased a new Henderson dump body to be installed in a new Ram 5500. Had the dealership deliver the vehicle directly to Northland as they are almost 2 hours away. It was never disclosed that the dump body was over 3 years old and missing major components. They attempted to deceivingly use cheap aftermarket parts and send me down the road with a dump truck that would barely lift empty. They had multiple opportunities to come clean on why so many issues were arising and why the truck wasnt ready. After over a month an employee in the back was the only person in the building with any integrity finally told me what was going on! Thankfully that forced them to have to order the right parts. The price difference of the parts that were supposed to be included with the Henderson dump body and what they attempted to use was in excess of $3000.I have supporting emails of all the attempts of deception and the orginal proposal that states nowhere that this is a discounted product due to its age or missing components. Nor would I ever consider outfitting a brand new $70,000 truck with a questionable Frankenstein setup.Along with the shady parts swapping, the craftsmanship was below amateur! The welds were so unsafe that I had to pay another company to reposition the dump body and reweld everything on my dime. Of course they would expect me to take it back to them, but if that passed their safety inspection then thats clearly the best they could do.This type of work should be entry level for a place like this. And steeling from customers to off load old products because they are not dealing with you face to face is beyond unethical! Stay far far away...

Great staff,helpful and knowledgeable, parts in stock that I needed. They had a service tech help with my plow problem diagnosis also.I highly recommend this business!

These guys took care of me to the fullest! 2nd year business owner and they cut me some sweet deals today! Last week I was in a pinch and I needed a part for my plow. Unfortunately they sold the last one an hour before I called but...they referred me to another dealer that was able to provide me with what I was looking for and their customer service was five stars as well! Thanks Northland Equipment! Ill be back!

Great company very good work and customer service

I havent been impressed so far. Lack of knowledge for parts. Not able to get my plow working correctly. Now it wont even turn on once I got it home.

If I had the opportunity to start a western plow dealership, I think it would do very well because these guys have more work and business than they know what to do with.... And I dont mean that in a good way!

They know their stuff. They are really busy there so be patient. They taught me how to test my plow harness and were spot on with what was really wrong.
