Walk in when they opened and had a good twenty min conversation about instruments with everyone inside really excited too see what mark does with my guitar I ask him to service great place highly recommended

I have 2 daughters that have a violin and coronet from here, they are amazing. They drive down to the schools and replace or pick for repairs of the instruments. Always there to help with any questions. Very kind and friendly to those of us who are musically challenged.

This has been my go-to music store since about 2005. The staff are great, knowledgeable, helpful, personal. The prices are good, Ive bought like 8 guitars here without paying the full retail price. Ive been able to try things out before buying, they dont pressure me into buying anything. Ive brought in instruments for repair and if they dont have the ability to do what you need, they have connections and will refer you to somebody who can do it. They host open jams, have a community room, and are very involved in the community, just one example (of many) providing sound for the Janesville police departments National Night Out. Its a great music store and asset to the city with a beautiful downtown storefront

For those who do not know, Voigt has a Community center that they rent out as a venue. I held a baby shower for my daughter on July 15th, and we are both still receiving the highest compliments about this place. The building is absolutely gorgeous and the staff I give a 10plus! Tony is amazing to work with. He is almost always available to take your calls and if my some remote chance he isnt, he returns them. His staff is amazing too! If anyone is looking for a venue, please check out this place! You will not be disappointed!

Great selection of quality instruments, guitars and basses, amplifiers, plus some drums, even brass and woodwinds. Staff is smart and helpful, and they host jam sessions next door in their connected performance space. Lessons available too!

I have always experienced 5 star service whenever I am in the store. All employees take care of all my needs. They have the best prices and best selection. My kid began her lessons there and still plays beautifully.

I love this store for its musical offerings as well as for the attached venue space. It has great atmosphere and a great sound system. They also offer music lessons here. My daughter took sax lessons and they have lessons for a wide variety of instruments.

Great staff and experience. Brought in my daughters saxophone rental to be fixed and received a loaner. Hassle free and a quick process!

They are the best at giving advice but allowing your input without shooting you down. Also the have the best selection for Fender in the southern Wisco area. Ill never buy a guitar without them.

Voigt initially made a mistake that left me quite unhappy. However, they were willing to rectify the situation for me and thats what made me go with 5 stars instead of 1. I have a good amount of respect for the people in charge after this encounter.

Voigt music center was vary helpful to me. i toddle recommend go to voigt to get a instrument or to rent or get one fixed.

The new Voigt downtown is incredible. Its amazing how they renovated this charm downtown into their shop and The Venue. Its a really cool place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have just about everything youd need from actual instruments and accessories to lessons and repairs. Ive brought my instrument here for a great price 4 or so years ago and have gotten many repairs done here and my instrument is still going great. Theres so much good about this place. They have so much stuff for sale on the floor, you can really test out and look at a lot. The Main Stage and The Venue are very awesome (the Venue is an absolutely gorgeous place) and a great place to hold a variety of events. Theres also a bunch of community events held here!

Between Janesville Rockford Milwaukee & Madison, I prefer Voight best of all. it’s a quite absolutely endearing atmosphere & institution for all genres of musical arts.

I had recently purchased an Epiphone electric guitar and needed accessories. They didnt push anything on me but were really good with suggestions and really laid back about it.

Over priced and over rated because its am older company and inn main st. Have never had a good experience there and have been given false info about a product only to find out after i drove there. Will stick with the smaller shop on Milton that is much more friendly
