Adam and Jason very friendly had helped me when I needed help made due to job changes and to get what we wanted. I’ve bought whatever I possibly could from them and had no problem out of it (2 computers, 2 Xbox’s, 2 TVs, stove, washer and dryer, bed frame, and a tool box)

Horrible service. Walked in and picked what we wanted and told them we would take it with us then and we were assured it would be ok to do. We were using a box trailer to prevent any damage or threat of rain in our 1 1/2 mile trip to our house. (Remember we were assured we could do that. After filling out the application we were told that we couldn’t take it with us. We told them that if they wanted to sell it to us they could call us back and left the store. We called back to set up a time for delivery and were told by the store manager that because of our “attitude” they decided NOT to sell us the furniture (remember, they lied to us about being able to take the furniture with us). The “manager” informed my husband when he called back (and wouldn’t let my husband talk) that he (husband) wasn’t his father and didn’t have the right to ask him to be quiet so he (husband) could speak. If they don’t want my money that’s fine. I am sure there are other places that will take our hard earned money. They are extremely overpriced to begin with and then treat us the way they did......PATHETIC! Corporate needs to do some house cleaning at that store. Just because we were upset because they LIED to us and then be RUDE to us on the phone....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WOTH THE STIRE IN JASPER, AL. Seriously! We will joe go to a legitimate furniture store to buy what we want instead of shopping at our local store (which we try to help). This is one side of the story I know, but we don’t have the furniture and they can keep it. Manager training would t hurt anyone there. “The customer is always right” does NOT apply here at RAC in Jasper, AL.

Very upset with them at the moment. They agreed to give me until 6pm (all day) to transfer all my in6from my old phone to a new one so that I could do a factory reset as it had alot of sensitive info in it but showed up at my door 30 minutes later and took the phone. VERY unprofessional in my opinion

Friendly staff. They go out of thier way to find what you are looking for. And if you dont like something they will replace it with no hassle. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
