I went there for an Second Opinion over a previous insurance agent actions to Total the Damages on my Car! Its just so hard to understand that when almost all damage is Cosmetic. Its drivable, some new smells from the T-Bone Collision I experienced, no Doubt. But once Ken Henslee> Owner explained what all figures were from Agent, I knew there was NO DECISION to make...that my Wonderful 19 yrs.old car unfortunately was done for. No saving it. Time changes all. Thank you Mr. Henslee for explaining what another company wouldnt do. Kudos to You and your Company for Truly Caring for your CUSTOMERS!!
