Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The store is at a convenient location and the prices are fair..

I only go to this location if I absolutely have to. Its been remodeled but same old problems. Low on stock and aisles are blocked with carts of products to be shelved. The staff are very nice though.

Even tho everything isnt a 1$ your most likely to find what you need here. They changed the store around n added few things. Bought 2 new fans only 20$ and new backpack purse for 8$. Love them

I went to this dollar store yesterday and it was the worst store Ive ever seen in my life ! you could hardly walk around, you couldnt shop for anything unless you move all their boxes. you need to put people in there that can do their job not people that just want to get a paycheck, have fun thats a horrible store!!!!

This Dollar general was very clean had a lot to pick from and overall a very nice store

Last minute Thanksgiving essential stop. Thankfully one of only a handful of stores open for the forgotten little things. Found what I needed and easy checkout. Not a bad experience. Though I did get an additional item added to my bag and charged for which I didnt put on the counter. So a trip back is in order.

The new remodel makes the store look great. Please self check out though. Its not even being used and most people would prefer human interaction

The workers were all friendly and helpful. The one manager (I believe he was a manager) went above and beyond to get something off the top shelf. He couldnt find a ladder so instead he improvised and used something else to help him reach it. An employee doing that (even just being friendly), is not all that common anymore unfortunately. Especially because they just got done remodeling the whole store so it was total chaos. Will definitely return when im in the area again.

Lines are always super long, never seems like theres any enough staff call Mom if the line is too long sometimes Ill walk in for something and walk right back out because the line is too long to way then. But other than that some of your Cashiers really go above and beyond for the customers and apologize and are very nice

This is a typical small town store. Not a huge fan of the workers there. An ok selection. A better experience since the remodel.

Since the store was remodeled, the selection is a lot better, cleaner and the personell are a lot more friendly! and helpful! Good Job!!

Always my first pick to go when I am in town its always there for my need or my family needs . Clean place . Greate amazing helpful staff all are super friendly as well

I like having this store in our town, but im in a wheelchair and it is a very small store and sometimes cluttered in the aisles which makes it hard for me to get around. Also hate that they dont have the selection of clothes they used to. My other complaint is that i bought items i had coupons for on my app and they didnt come off at the register and had to get back in the long line and wait to get it fixed. Think u need more registers because at times they are busy and only have one register open. But again i still like that Jeannette has the store in town.

This store was recently remodeled. It looks great, and has many more selections. The employees are, as always, very helpful.

They need to hire some help in there and get those shelves stocked we got the card sale in the middle of the aisles they didnt have the cant even get up and down the house isles please he didnt have any sandwich bags that I was looking for either Im sure theyre there theyre just not unpacked yet they also didnt have the air freshener I wanted for my automatic air freshener here at home I dont even know if they rate the star that I gave them

Always messy and disorganized. I can never get the shopping carts through the aisle because theres random boxes and carts with products everywhere. Employees are typically rude and just stand around which would explain why theres product just all over the floor and still in boxes.

Not very clean and a lot of things not on the shelves. Was hard getting through the isles with boxes, disorganized and pallets blocking the isles.

They have remodel. And have more frozen . but still the same cannot get down the aisle always cluttered not very elderly friendly

It’s not a bad store. I’ve been in there plenty of times. Unfortunately the store has a very claustrophobic atmosphere. There’s very little walking room in the store. If there was a bit more space and it wasn’t so claustrophobic, I’d probably visit it more.

A nice little shop for downtown Jeannette. The staff are always nice, and Ive seen them go above for some customers. However at times the store can be littered with stocking carts and broken down boxes from stocking. But thats my only minor little complaint.

Almost everyone I know shops there frequently. That being said I know the store well. I found everything fast and the cashier was polite. Never had a problem with them.

This store is nice for grabbing quick items that I dont want to leave town for. However, it is always a mess, with things thrown everywhere. It seems like the employees have no pride in their store, or their jobs. I dont know how the district manager lets this go on.

Could be cleaner. Maybe after remodel Ill go back and try again

Messy and unorganized. They take your purse/diaper bag/backpack because of how much stealing is done. I stopped going for that reason,I dont want those people having access to my purse. Some of my medication came up missing. Terrible terrible store. DO NOT GO IF ITS THE LAST CHOICE YOU HAVE.

The employees are helpful and courteous. But the store is often understaffed and when a truck comes in the store is often cluttered with boxes and trollies. Many times office supplies and animal food and heath and beauty are understocked. The employees try there is just not enough of them and that not their fault its corporates fault. People are not there long probably so they dont have to pay benefits. If i were rating the employees id give them 5 stars.
