Was told to go here by blue cross, went in and was not properly fitted for hearing aids she used a old pair of hearing aids and no gauge. Hearing aids constantly crack, due to being on top of the ear not behind. The wires are too short told her she was to order longer ones they were the same length. Have been back several time was told need bigger tips tried them then was told needs smaller ones they didnt work. She didnt want to call the rep to show the problem. They just want to sell you $4000 aids that eather fall out so your not sepost to tilt your head or get jammed so far in they hurt and sit on top of your ears not behind like they should. 1 star since I cant give it 0 but 0!°

Was here once a long time ago when my son was little. The doctor said he was deaf and couldnt hear but she tested him here with a different type of audio testing and it was all good. Most understanding and sympathetic!
