This place has nothing but great pieces and had awesome employees. The place is quite large and has a little bit of everything you are looking for. The worse part about the place its that theyre just a bit over priced but were more than happy to try and work out a deal with you.

The delivery team was amazing, they were super nice and friendly. They called me ahead of time, and were polite when entering the home. Brian and Jimmy, were on it, and knew exactly what to do. It took them maybe 10-15min max to get my HUGE and heavy mattress up the narrow and steep stairs and in the designated room. Thank you so much guys, youre awesome! 🙏💪

Very friendly salesperson. Nice furniture. My son found 2 couches he liked. Only bad thing, he has to wait 3 to 6 months for delivery. Not the stores fault.

My wife and I got a full appliance package (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven) and were very pleased with the both the in store service and the delivery/install. Bryan and Jimmy were friendly, careful, and efficient installing our new appliances and hauling away our old ones. Missouri Furniture was also much faster than the bigger box stores, which all had a lot of items out of stock and/or delayed.

The salesman was courteous and helpful. The delivery men were both courteous and efficient. It was a pleasure doing business with all three. My wife and I ordered a furniture set for our living room a couple weeks ago, and James helped us find our whole furniture set for our new home, helped us get a great deal for its, and was super personable to top it all off.When it came time for delivery, Bryan and Donny are definitely the guys to have for the job! They came right on time and brought everything in, and despite the heat, got everything in quickly and without so much as a scratch on our furniture, floors, walls, or anything! We were putting felt pads on the bottom and they helped move things around for us just to make things easier for us.As we just moved into a new home, we’re going to need some new furniture, and when that happens we definitely plan on going to James to help us get it, and I hope Bryan and Donny are the guys to deliver it!10/10!!!!

Delivery was made on December 26th as promised. Bryan and Chris were very professional and polite .We were called 10 minutes before they arrived to let us know when they would be there. we were very pleased with their work.

Called Sunday looking for bed/bedroom suit. Computer was down. Sales rep said once the computer was up he would call. I have not received a call back yet. Went somewhere else and made purchase. Hope their computer came up, you missed an opportunity to make a big sale.

A lot of stuff but not the place of us

21 March 2020 Bryan and Donnie called before they arrived in the window they said they would. They replaced the bed and were in and out in 10min. Great job guys.

Stopped in on our way to the lake just to look. Was impressed with their showroom and surprised how much they have. Grant gave me what I feel is very honest answers about their products not just what I wanted to hear. Confident enough in them that I decided not to look anymore and purchased what we needed. Will go back in the future as well.

Was sold furniture that was on sale and was told it was odd pieces or last ones. It was all damaged furniture!!! The loose door on cabinet was not loose, it was stripped. The pillow on couch was torn at the seam and safely tucked where it wasnt noticed. I was intentionally deceived!

First off let me say I try to buy family owned anytime we can but unfortunately we won’t be spending our hard earned dollars here again2700$ couch bought and delevired and they set it up now from there within a month all 3 recliners broken seams coming off seats4 month wait for parts - nope they FoRGOT about it we called back another 2 month wait for partsNo concern for losing a customer 2nd manager they sent me was I beleive the grandson IDK nice YOUng man but no experience or concern for the situationStill waiting for parts that will only fix the recliners meanwhile still paying for a broke couchBought the extended warranty and this is what that extra 250 gets ya

Discrimination against colored applicants.I was refererred by HR to call in and make an appointment with the manager, I did that and we set the interview to meet with him the current week. Few days pass and I come in for my interview, as I get there a store associate greets me, I tell him Im here for an interview and as he goes back to tell the manager that I am here, I can see them going back and forth in conversation through the window. After waiting for approximately 15 minute for the convo to be over the associate walks up to me and says he’ll be out in a second. I wait another 15 minutes for him to walk and when he does we properly shake hands and introduce our selves (my name is Will). Immediately after stating who I was he looks at and me asks if I Am sure name is not KC, Casey whatever.. Immediately right after our introduction. After the awkward silence of about 60 seconds and him just looking around, he asks if I had wanted to come back some other time to speak with the HR regional manager because “he’s not ready”.. when myself and the HR department has spoken with him prior to interview being conducted. I had to leave and come back another day to sit with HR for the interview, and was never offered the job or a notification of what was the denial of my interview after getting employee emails from the company about company competitions.I dont know what couldve been the problem but I have no criminal record, have a good work history, in college, and its summer time. My conclusion is..They’re Racist, just not in your face.🤷🏽‍♂️

I brought a 2500.00 sectional that has problems with the quality. They have motorized recliners and the display is bad, and the covering is a leather material has scratches and holes when I called them, they said to bad so sad, and it was on me, they were not going to do anything about it. The display they would take care of it. I bought on November 26, 2015 still have not heard anything back from them on the part. I also called Ashley Furniture corporate office they said it would be fixed, still Missouri Furniture refuses to fix the problems. I would think twice before you buy from Missouri Furniture
