I have an Excel 21/72 and did not realize the trolling motor mount was an option and not on all of these boats. I called my Local dealer and they said they couldn’t get the mounts after the fact. I called the factory, they said I would need to get with my dealer. I called Precision and got Laci in parts. She went above and beyond to get this mount ordered and shipped to me direct so I don’t have to drive 4 hours. Thank You Laci!!!
I ordered an Excel boat from PW&PS in November and picked it up earlier this month (February). My sales rep was Alex and she did an excellent job from start to finish working with me through all my thousands of questions. The boat arrived just as I had ordered it except for one small hiccup with an accessory and PW&PS went above and beyond to make it right and fixed the issue promptly. Excellent service, definitely recommend.

My experience with the team and in particular Leif the service manager has been nothing short of Spectacular! I needed some service on our Polaris Razor and needed it picked up. Not only did Leif pick it up but he came out on his day off...Sunday! The work was performed at a fair price and the service from Leif was Amazing! I will spread the word on the great service at Precision and when I need to upgrade our Polaris I will be contacting Leif and the great team at Precision!
Our daughter & son - law were checking on a side by side for us as they are much. wiser about modern machinery. They went to Precision because they have dealt with them about their fourwheelers. They were impressed with the Can Am they test drove . We went a few days later and it was a very pleasant experience to purchase one from them. While visiting, suggestions were made for attachments that would enhance our vehicle rather than buying a package that contained items we didnt really need.The Can Am is used a lot. Our mailbox is 700 feet away, I get to stay out of the weather. Saturday, my husband, Harold used it to roam our property all along the fence lines and in the back field he hasnt been able to see for years.Thanks guys!
Their prices are good. Their service was decent, but one guy quit and now their service kinda sucks. Pretty good location tho, they sell all kinds of brands and they sell boats and wave runners too. You usually can drive one of the atvs. There is a strait road there that you can drive on to see how fast it goes👍🏽or there is a small track beside the road where you can really test your shocks. Its not an all bad place cause we still go there👌🏽
These people are great. They are timely, extremely helpful, and a joy to deal with. They had my Outlander in the shop quickly, repaired and put me on the road in good time. They also gave me good help with my e-tech 60 horse jet.Nice job!
Very helpful staff, not pushy and smothering. They had a wide variety of ATV, boats, utv, jet skis. If they didnt have what you wanted they could probably get it for you. We were also informed of the new items coming soon.

Bait and switch. Drove two hours due to their ad. First, they denied the ad, but when we showed it to them, they tried to sell me something else. When I insisted, they said the boat package did not come with a motor, despite what the ad said. They were willing to add a motor, and charge installation on top of that, with a total cost of about 19000, as opposed to the advertised price of less than 11000. Then more excuses, someone else wrote the ad, etc. Its an alumacraft boat, and I will be suggesting to them that they find more reputable dealers. I would suggest that you not waste your time at this place.
Took a old boat in with a motor that wouldn’t run well at all. Of course I couldn’t justify spending very much money to fix up a rig that’s value is admittedly low. I told the guys everything I had done to try to fix it and expressed my reservations about spending too much to try to make it run. They said they’d check it out and get back to me in about a week. They called after approximately one week and told me what they had diagnosed. The fix was going to be fairly expensive for this old boat so they recognized that I would probably continue trying to fix it on my own. Their charge to diagnose the problem was very reasonable and they completed the work quickly just as they said they would.
They sold me a great machine Can Am HD8 without a manual. I didnt realize it until I got it home. I called them 7 times over the course of 3 months and each time I was told that they would mail me one. NOTHING!!! I finally got a friend involved that has bought a lot more there than me. They told her the same thing ... we will mail it. They set a certain day for her to get it and guess what .... it wasnt in her mailbox. They also told her that they had mailed it to me twice. I guess my mail delivery sucks. She was able to push theyre buttons enough that the owner finally personally delivered it. I will never go to them for another purchase of any kind and my friend and her family will think twice about it too. Point is that after sale the service sucks big time and they like to lie to you.
First visit was great. Friendly folks, my husband took a couple of side by sides for test drive. Couple days later, made a deal over the phone. Went to pick up the ranger the next day and they didnt even know who he has or what he bought. Didnt go over the machine with him, nor explain anything! Didnt help him load it, no handshake, no thank you, nothing! Sale guy was a goofball. Got our money, thats all that matters!
I worked with Nicole and have to say she was awesome, I was undecided on exactly what I wanted and what was in the budget. Nicole kept looking for different machines as I changed my mind and never once acted like it was a problem. I would recommend Precision power sports to any of my friends looking for a work or plat toy.

Bought a used polaris ranger 3 years ago, within 8 months the motor blew, precision did not charge me for the labor, but I still had to put 5k into a 9k machine that they sold me. Since then it has been nothing but head aches. Belts, drive clutches, e-brakes, broken sway bars. I feel like this is the 1st time in my life I have ever owned a lemon. Maybe its all just been bad luck, but I cant help but hold precision somewhat accountable. When I took it to them they told me the motor blew because it was out of oil, even though I checked the oil every use. I told the guy the manual said to let the engine warm up for 5 minutes then check the oil, when he did that he called back and said it did have oil in. Yea, I know. When I recently took it in to have a high rpm issue cehcked, they told me nothing was wrong and I had to take it to a mechanic who actually knows what he is doing to learn the primary drive clutch needs rebuilt. He could not believe that precision didnt check for this as the issue was painfully obvious. My experience with precision and polaris has been an absolute nightmare. I will never spend another dollar on either one, and I would advise anyone who is thinking about dealing with precision or polaris to strongly consider other options to avoid living the nightmare I have been living.
I dont know anything about this place, but remember that your name is written in giant letters on the side of your truck. 75mph in a 65mph is neither legal nor professional. Be responsible, especially if youre representing your business.

Bought a 2006 GTX 155 there a few days ago, the staff did the best they could to take care of me despite having a very hectic day with deliveries, people out of the office, etc. Drove me to the river for a test run and the ski did well. Took it out yesterday for a 2 hour ride and not one issue. The price was very fair and the whole transaction was smooth.

I answered an ad on Facebook for a ATV. Salesman Darin messaged me. I told him I lived over 2 hours away and wanted to make sure that it was worth the drive. The pictures listed didn’t even come close to the condition of the ATV. It was beat to up. Cracks all over the panels that were covered up by duct tape. Completely covered in scratches. I am in the same line of business, never would I have a customer drive 2 hours if the pictures and description didn’t match the actual product. This place was dishonest and the only explanation I received from the salesman was “well it is what it is, I have new ones if you want to look at those.“ I am very unhappy with how the sales department handles their business. I will not be doing any type of business with them in the future.

This place is a joke. I would give them negative stars if possible. First time I took my 115 Yamaha in they miss diagnosed the issue as a bad fuel pump. They were in the middle of inventory and said it would take a couple weeks to fix it. My boat had already been there for 3 weeks so I took the pump and put it on myself. Issue persisted so I took it back in. Now they said it was a bad ECU. They replaced the ECU and ran it through Yamaha on the previous owners warranty. Dont think that is the proper way to handle warranty work but Ill let Yamaha be the judge of that. Anyway the newly replaced ECU is junk and I need to have it replaced but Lathe (service manager) will not call me back. Ive been promised a call back 3 times - nothing. When I did get someone on the phone and asked for clarification on the warranty the guy got all huffy puffy and said You can just talk to the owner because Im not going to take any lip from you. Then he hung up. So I called back and he hung up again.There is one positive about my whole experience - Craig is professional and understands customer service. He leaves notes for Lathe to call me back and he must have verbally told Levi about me calling in because Levi is aware of the situation too.I will tell everyone I know that owns a boat to steer clear of this place!

Terrible... we bought two new machines the same day. One can am commander and one Polaris general . The Polaris is now one year old with 27 hours on it and in mint condition. Yes 27.. It has been pampered for use around our residence. It has been to precision 5 times now for the exact same issue. Going through belts and according to them bearings as well. Keep in mind I’m on my 7th side by side. Several rangers and Rzrs and always good luck with them and they were ran fairly hard. Each time it broke was another excuse what I was doing to it which was always something different. “ ran in low to long, ran in high improperly, drove when wet, yes, that really was a reason... etc etc. They never did charge me, although they tried. We dropped it off last time with 26 hours took it home and it sat in the garage. They said there were no issues to be found. Take it out in the snow with the kids, another belt and bearings trashed. 1 more hour of use. Same excuse as always. I’ve tried everything to let them make it right, offered to buy a brand new one if they would take this one back or just not rob me on a new one. No luck. This time they want $500 to fix it and unbelievable trade diffenence on a different one. Called Columbia Polaris dealer and they beat them by over $2500 within a 2 minute conversation. Great job precision! Way to lose my and many others future business.

I got an estimate of $450.00 for a tune up and some regular maintenance. They were supposed to change spark plugs, fuel filter, change oil and filter and replace water pump impeller and drain and refill the lower unit. Also change the fuel line and repair the lights on the trailer. 10 days later I got a call and was told by the stock man my boat was ready and I owed an additional $1300.00 +!!! Claimed they changed the tilt trim relay as it wouldnt work, (NEVER had a problem with it) and a myriad of other things. Also that they put it in the river and tested it. Well, I got their additional fees down to $385.00, paid it and left. They didnt change the fuel line, which was cracked, nor did they touch the trailer lights. I put the boat in at Ray Behrens and it ran for just a little and died. Wouldnt start! Took it to an authorized Suzuki dealer in Kirksville, Turns out the high pressure fuel pump was dead. How about that river test??? Also he showed me the corrosion on the tilt trim relay connection and said it hadnt been changed. Now I am wondering if they changed plugs like they charged me for or exactly what they did do? Anything? Or just charge me like they did? I am having my new mechanic go over all the things they said they did and I am going to find out. They havent heard the last from me......

Charged me 500 to sell my ranger, ordered a boat was told 6 weeks for delivery with 1000 up front, 8 weeks later no boat, bought another boat from another company, still havent recieved my 1000 refund 3 montgs later. Ordered boat has never showed up in the new inventory web listing. Sad Sad Sad treatment!!!!!

Jeff, Henry, and John are racist scumbags. I have audio recordings of the racist comments made by Henry (police scanner/ambulance chaser). Ive spent over $25,000 to this disgusting establishment and they do not uphold their promises and commit fraud with their banking documents. This is my first review and the beginning of a legal headache I will create for these crooks.

BEWARE: We bought a used Land Pride UTV from them, paid $5000 check and was given a verbal guarantee that everything had been looked over and was in good working order. As soon as we got it home it wouldnt go into drive. We called them numberous times and was put off as to when they would come and get it. They made sure it was after the 30 day time limit to stop the check and then told us to take it to another shop. When we got it to the other shop we were told that precision had put just enough fluid in the rear for us to test drive it and that all the rear seals were out and it had no 4 wheel drive, that it was sheared off. The company denied everything and refused to fix or make good the piece of junk so we were just out $5000! Obviously from our experience we were sold a dud and should have gotten more paperwork from Precission. There is no end to their lying to cover their deals as we reported them to BBB and the Attorney General but they made it up as they went. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY OUT TO MAKE A BUCK OFF THE CONSUMER
