We have bought all of our cars at Riley over the last 30 years due to the quality products, great staff and wonderful service section. This was the first time we used collision repair services. I had a number of dings and scratches and wanted to get them corrected. I met with Lance got the estimate. He was friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. He scheduled my appointment and they were professional when I arrived. Mr. Petty drove me back home- also professional. The car was ready at the time promised and at the price promised. The car is 6 years old and it looks brand new. It was bright and shiny with all repairs complete. The inside was also sparkling clean and polished. I highly recommend Riley Collision Repair and their top notch staff.

Brought my car in on the scheduled Tuesday with estimated pick up the followingMonday. I received automated texts almost daily stating my car was on track to be ready that Monday, and that I would be called if there was an issue. No confirmation was received that it could be picked up, so I called the next day. I was then told that Rileys estimate for repairs was 3x that of the insurance estimate and that they still needed to submit documentation to the insurance company to see if they would cover the supplement or prefer to consider my car a total loss. 7 days they had my car and did not call me to notify me of this, all the while i received texts that indicated they were repairing my car, nor had they submitted documentation to my insurance! 3 days after that I called to follow up again because they had not gotten back to me. I had to again have them contact my insurance. 10 days they had my car. Did not call me to keep me updated on the lack of progress. All the while I was being told via text, hey it will be ready. No apology was offered or explanation other than oh we meant to call, we were busy. Very poor customer service. Im very disappointed in how they handled my situation and regret bringing my car to them. If you are too busy to provide Basic customer service, you need to rethink how you are managing your business. This has ruined Rileys overall reputation for me. I will not be purchasing my next vehicle from any of their affiliated dealerships or servicing my cars with them. I will spend my time and money with business that value both and have enough respect for me to call when there is a delay.

One guy gave me old information on Enterprise picking you up and delivering during COVID pandemic. They do not. He kept telling me they would. All the rest of the guys knew they would not.

I had damage on my Buick Enclave and took it to the Riley Collision Center. They are direct repair & was approved by my insurance to handle all of the paper work for me. I am a 30 year Army veteran and very picky but their workmanship was perfection. The only thing better than their work was their customer service of timely information, work efficiency and caring for my “baby”. One of the best in the Midwest for any vehicle. Highly recommended.

Ryan was awesome. We had significant body work done by Riley and noticed water pooling in the drivers side floor a few month later. Ryan set up a date that worked for us ( we live two hours away). The techs worked for several hours to identify the source of the leak, which turned out to be the windshield which was replaced before the accident occurred. After informing us, Ryan coordinated with the glass replacement company to be repaired and had the vehicle ready for us to pick up the next day- this was customer service above and beyond. Ryan has won your company life long customers.

Vehicle was supposed to be ready Oct 23, 2020, then ready again Oct 30. now tell me not ready until maybe the week of Nov 9th. This will be a month and 2 weeks. I will never again use Riley for anything.

I had to have a minor repair done and rent a car during the process. Every single person I came into contact with either by phone or in person was extremely pleasant!! They were fixing a problem Bommarito failed to do properly the first time and did a fantastic job! Kristen was super sweet and helpful during the payment process which was stressful only due to Bommarito again. Only regret is not coming here to purchase my car in July to begin with.

Somehow Rileys messed up the AC in my car when they repaired the car from a deer hit. It worked fine before and doesn’t work right after. The worst part is that they lied to the insurance company and said they never touched the AC but they told me they disconnected it while working on the car. Now my insurance won’t pay to repair the AC. I’m stuck with a big bill to fix their screwup. I won’t ever go there again!

Did the worse possible job on my black Denali. Over sprayed the entire truck. Didnt have the know how to do a paint correction. Screwed up the entire trucks finish. Statement from Bruce and Jay both managers and general manager was there is nothing else they can do !!!Take your vehicle somewhere else trust me !!!!
