Came out to do a rock chip repair, the tech ended up cracking my windshield even worse, said oh that only happens like once a year, sorry. And left without another word, leaving me to have to buy a new windshield instead. Ended up using marks mobile glass, safelite quoted me 346 installed and marks was 225.

Great service and high quality work. Had appointment set up due to a few rock chips in windshield, including one that had been sealed previously by a different company. We were in and out promptly. Serviceman cleaned part of car without fees and did a fantastic job sealing and resealing chips. It has been a few weeks and work has held up well. Definitely recommend.

Quality products and professional service. I have had problems with other services before but not Safelite. The windshield was perfect and Scottys workmanship outstanding and on time. Highly recommended.

The guy that came out was really nice and cleaned my front floormats even though I insisted he didnt need to.. he tried what he could to fill the crack.. but Im pretty sure it was just too cold.. it was like 10 degrees.. the crack is worse than before he tried to fix it..

In the past, I used a local business for a previous windshield repair and was skeptical about chain companies. NOT anymore!! Getting an appointment was fast, service was great and very professional. I felt like I was in one of their TV commercials!! Thank you Safelite!!

Broke a part in the door while replacing a window and then they didnt want to fix it Told me it happens. and wanted me to pay for the part. Even took it to far when they actually called me and told me the local part store had it in stock and wanted me to go buy. Needless to say they didnt get the window put in and broke the regulator.

3 rd time they messed up my order. I wont be back

Very happy with the service here. Replaced windshield faster than anticipated. They even cleaned all my windows inside and out, wiped down the dashboard and interior, and even vacuumed the floors.

Sloppy damaging work. Several years ago. Worker used a screwdriver to pop out some panels around my vipers for windshield removal. When he did this, it chipped off paint from my fenders! Causing rust. My challenge would have been proving this and what could the company do to rectify? Windshield was garbage compared to the original - distorted glass - trash.Insurance paid, i paid deductible. Never let anyone work on mu cars because of this.

They only took 15 minutes to fill my crack in my windshield, however that service is supposed to be a 30-40 minute job which is also what I was told by the technician and that it was going to take a little extra time because he was finishing another project. I thought when they finished quickly that my car was given utmost importance. Now, I see the technician most likely wanted to hurry and finish my car to just get it out of the way so he could finish his other project. Less than 24 hours later the fixed chip has spidered out and cracked my windshield. This could have been prevented with more care and time put into the work. After getting my windshield replaced 4 months ago, now Im out another entire windshield simply because of careless work.

Replaced my windshield in about 40 minutes. Even vacuumed the car. Great service.

The Service person was very friendly and helped to get the insurance paper work filled out even though the car dealer was supposed to have it filled out before they gave it to us, a lot of places would have sent us Back to the dealer, I feel he went above and beyond what he had to do, to him I say thank you!

I was traveling and they repaired my windshield very promptly, so I was back on the road.

Went in to see if i could get a chip fixed. The gentleman was rude and did not want to be botthered. When i asked a second time he spun around in the chair and gave me a glare and real short answer. Great customer service!

Got windshield replacement for my C300, gave discount as a new customer. No issues as of now, would recommend to use safelite.

Long wait. More expensive than local glass services. Go with Marks Mobile Glass or another local business.

2017.06.26 - 3:20PM.I called for a quote on two windshields on two different vehicles and after asking a few questions the person hung up. Um. I made my decision. Its not with Safelite.
