Ill give this place five stars. I want a jackpot on slot machine at Lake of the Ozarks and drove to Jeff City to we be smoking main office. Very easy to get winning tickets paid out. Since they were honest and very prompt they exceeded my expectation. Also they have a variety of items to choose from. If youre looking for anything smoke related alcohol related etc I guarantee you will find it here unless they might be sold out.

Could use a wire selection of smoking materials such as GRAV. Was awesome to see a Lock and load in this area for the first time!!

Im not sure if its drive thru only every day but the particular day/time I chose to go was drive thru only. The stores associate that was running the drive thru was very polite and friendly, and offered me nothing but kindness. Was quick and obtained the knowledge needed to reference and recommend a specific product. Very helpful!

This place is great for their wide variety of cigars and drinks. The people there are friendly and the place has a good selection of smoke pieces however dont come in thinking that what you seedisplayed you can buy because truth be told you cant. There are some pieces they have displayed for sale and have no prices on them. The people there dont know how much they are and cant price them. They need the manager or store owner to tell them. And Im not talking about a few items Im talking just about all of their hookah stuff. Thats kinda sad to me. If youre going to display something to sell please prepare to sell that item or have a sign that says not for sale.

WBS is a favorite stop when I am shopping because they offer drive through service.

This smoke shop has a nice basic variety. Papers, pipes, novelty items, ext. Cigars, cigarettes but not a lot vape supplies if thats what you are after. They carry concoctions to pass a drug test and they have a cooler with beer,And soda.

I went in last week for a dabber. I assumed the staff wouldnt know what it was.Me: Im looking for a glass or metal stick.Staff: *points at glass tubes* here you goMe: those are tubes. I literally need a stick.Staff: what are you looking for honey?Me: a dabber, I need it for a project.Staff: *rudely* ohhhhhh, I think you mean a nail, honey.*walks me to their oil burner section which just has nails, domes and glass pieces*Me: no. I know what I mean. I promise. You dont have what I need. Anywhere you know of that would?Staff: 60 s spirit.I went to 60 s spirit, they knew exactly what I was talking about, were polite and had a huge selection for me to choose from. Best thing this shop did was tell me to go somewhere else. Thanks for being condescending to a customer, and correcting them when you yourself have no idea what youre talking about. Educate yourself. Geez.

Sales representatives are responsive and knowledgeable.I broke a bottle at the mouth in the parking lot (the bottom fell out of the bag, typical Monday), and I went back in to see if they had tape to seal it, not knowing MOs open container laws. Instead, they told me to grab another bottle off the shelf. Very kind folks.

A bunch of thieves and idiots. Overcharged my card, then acted like they could not see the amount they overcharged. Then held on to my money for five days. Customer Service sucks unless you are paying cash. At least they know how to deal with that.
