Went in for new atv battery. Very helpful staff. Knew exactly what I was looking for and even took the time to help me measure batteries to make sure. Best part is I didnt have to fill it with acid and charge. It was ready to install! Definitely happy.

The batteries I needed were in stock, priced reasonably, with an extra 10% off code. The employees carried the heavy batteries to my truck. Every time Ive purchased something at B+B, Ive received excellent service and reasonable prices.

Very unprofessional service people. Set up appointment for battery change on my phone, person called and asked to reschedule. After clarification of type of phone I have, was determined the battery was on back order, would be a few weeks. Few weeks later, no call. Called back, told battery is on back order and wont be in stock til end of month (August 2021). Call AGAIN 8/30/21 and for the first time in waiting nearly 2 months for a back order item to arrive, same guy tells me they dont work on the battery to my phone!!! Dont waste your time!!!!

I was very sadly disappointed today. I bought a rechargable battery about 6 months ago, it wasnt cheap. Always kept it properly charged and took normal care of it.Noticed it didnt work today. Went to the store and the person helping me checked it and noted the battery was no good/defective.He passed blame on the care of it and when I told him it was properly cared for he told me that it was too bad and that I would have to buy another one.Never tried to help, never tried to offer to replace it, nothing.Sad to say, I used to go there often for replacement batteries and figured they would be a good, honest and fair company.I was wrong.Wont go back.

Got a new battery installed in my phone. From that moment forward the phone was overheating. Things on the phone stopped working due to heat.I called to discuss and was made to feel like it wasn’t their issue.I went to Verizon and they agreed it was the new battery causing the issue. Went to the Apple Store in KC for good measure and they also agreed it was the battery install causing my issue.Local manager still was combative about the issue when I was contacted after emailing the company.Corporate was not much help. They just referred me back to the initial unhelpful person in the local store. They never followed up as promised.Tried saving a few bucks and ended up costing me over $1,500 for a new phone.I would steer clear of this location. I know I am as well as my businesses.

Had a battery in my car that has required jumping about once every 2 months for awhile. Stopped in and Johnson was enthusiastic to help by testing. Battery was pushing low amps after 2+ years, so bought a new battery, got it installed, and was on my way - all in about 15min.

I had a car fob issue. Went to the Jeff City store. Steve there was great. He worked with me on how to fix my fob starting with the FREE options. Unfortunately that didnt work. Steve said to give Bernie, their mobile repairman, a call. I called Bernie. He was at my work and had the problem fixed all within thirty minutes. He only charged $75 for a on site repair. Much, much cheaper than the dealer. Batteries Plus rocks!

Would have given no stars but not possible. My husband bought a new battery on Saturday and found out it was defective after putting in new starter, ignition switch and module. He brought it back on Monday and they wouldnt give him a new battery and employee was rude in acting like my husband didnt know what he was doing or talking about. Got his money back and he got a battery from different auto store and truck starts fine now. We will never go there again.

The guys are always friendly even if the part I need is not available. Today I picked up a battery pack that I purchased online. Friendly service was spot on.

Extremely poor customer service. Talked to Billy over the phone and he was rude with assisting me. Didnt even bother taking down my contact information to get back to me when they were supposed to be setting up a time they could come out. Just very basic common courtesy business things. When it was obvious he didnt care to help me I asked if he would rather me just take my business elsewhere and he said sure ! Okay then Ill be sure to take it somewhere else next time and hopefully everyone else will too

B+B had the cell phone battery I needed in stock locally, parking at the local store was easy, and I didnt have to pay for shipping or wait two days to get the battery like I would have if I had bought it online. (Plus, the clerk was friendly and was wearing a face mask.)

Ordered online. battery was ready when I arrived and representative called to follow up on status of the core return (wasnt sure it was really bad. it was). fast, friendly, reasonably priced.

After they fixed my screen, i would tap the bottom of my screen and it would register as if I tapped the top. Also the screen broke again a day later from me pushing on the camera with little force. Awful job when repairing screens so don’t waste your money here.

People at the store were great. Was in and out in about 10 min. How ever I ordered the battery online and put the current discount code in for the 10% off Well that was a joke, it didnt take and I paid the full price. Didnt realize it until I got home.

MY RECHARGEABLE BATTERY HAD FELLED AFTER SEVERAL YEARS OF USE. I TRIED TO ORDER A NEW ONE THRU SHARK SWEEPER, BUT I WAS INFORMED THAT THE BATTERY IN QUESTION WAS OUT DATED ALONG WITH THE SWEEPER. I CHECKED MULTIPLE BATTERY STORES WITH NO LUCK. SO, I CHECKED THE WEBSITE OF BATTERY PLUS BULBS, AND EUREKA, I FOUND IT. I HAD THE BATTERY WITHIN A WEEK AND NOW IM A HAPPY CAMPER.

Terrible. Was never contacted that order was in store. Received a survey on the purchase so went to the store. They did not have the order, filled it with the wrong size battery, so I had to take it back it and get the correct size.

I purchased a battery online and picked it up at the store when it came in.I couldnt have ask for a better experience. And, the battery was half the price of everywhere else I looked.

Wasnt really interested in looking at my tablet. Said it would be a difficult job to open up my tablet, cost would be around $85 to replace the battery. His diagnose just by looking at it, was that the tablet charger port is broken, not the battery. I was so mad, that I opened up the tablet myself and ordered me a battery for $15 online and installed it myself!

The online purchase worked out very well. The salesman at the store had the all the information needed to complete the transaction.
