To be honest, I have been a loyal Boost customer for 10+ years. I consider this an exception to the service I normally get. That being said, I did NOT appreciate being snapped at (in a store full of customers) because I didnt want to verbally give her my account information...that gives ANYONE access to my account!

The store manager was rude and would not call his supervisor, so I could get some sort of hospitable service, or fair compensation???.Paid for 2 months of service and a brand new phone which I couldnt use because of some certain network outage I only seemed to be experiencing??.. Two other members of my same household were with boost and had their services working just fine. I asked Boost how and why I seem to be the only one with a network outage, they explained upgrade 5G, but my phone was not even a 5G phone so they claimed it was during the selling of it. So after 2 months of payment, hit n miss service, mostly miss, brand new phone paid for also, tried to return the brand new phone which had no damage to it besides the network n functions a phone ahoyld do, he wldnt take it back bc it was past 7 days of purchase. How is this right or possible??? I switched to Kricket. So far so good besides its too high of a bill.
Never had a issue untill today. 7 years ago I switched from att to boost. Worse mistake ever. From phone not working properly to know being out of high speed data just after 7 days. And I dont do nothing. Switching to cricket today
Spent 80 for unlimited everything without watching videos or movies I was dropped to 2 gigs for using 35 gigs of data. But how I barley usey phone. Now my phone keeps crashing because of what they done. Will be switching to cricket.
I think they have the best unlimited data for the money. We have 5 lines. I would recommend this company.

There customer service over the phone is horrible point blank they rarely pick up there phone any day or time of week i have to call a location 25 miles away how sad is that people want to get paid but they dont want to work, unfortunately corporate cant do anything cause these places are franchised and owned by individuals who manage it. Im not saying the service or equipment is bad. But people who pay money for services rendered deserve good customer service and have there questions answered. I think the Jefferson City Missouri location needs to consider getting a better quality of workers that really enjoy working with the public.
They are not trained well at all. Dont try to solve problems just try to send you off... instead of offering alternatives. Sat in the store 20 min before she told me she couldnt help me because the store closed in 25 min and she had to go get her daughter .. just a mess

Been a Loyal customer for years started a new job and don’t get paid in time before my bill was due so I asked for an extension and they said to me i Qualify but my plan doesn’t qualify so basically that’s a no in so many words if I had the money now I’d just go get a whole new phone with another company Lesson learned
They have only androids and 6s its honestly sad that metro closed. If you want a good phone you have to go to the big three sprint, Verizon, o r t-mobile. Dont waste your time uess tou want a android.
I have been a customer for a long time (2013 to 2019). Last couple years staff are not helpful, their knowledge is lacking, always gone during business hours and to contact is hard to do. Their rates change to cheat you out of money. I had gone thru a difficult time and was pinching pennys so I dropped to a less expensive plan for a few months. When I got stable I was told I was due for upgrade phone. I found my old plan was no longer available to me so with an upgraded phone I got an updated plan. Found out the upgraded phone could not handle the upgraded plan. So I have been paying 50 for a plan My phone cant use. When I requested a phone that could it is now going to cost me 100 for an upgraded phone of the original upgraded phone? Unbelievable! Now if a NEW customer you can get a phone with my 50 dollar plan for 25.00. But not a 6 year customer. Told them I will be switching. They say ok, but no others are Boost. Maybe this is a good thing?
Product didnt work n house. Phones dont have signal inside housr...pd alot 4 a worthless service..should b closed likr metro pcs next door

Great response to helping me to solve transferring service to Boost.
The manager Rod talked to me like I was his ignorant servant. He was very unhelpful when someone stole my phone. He kept giving me the toll free number and trying to get me to leave the store. He argued with me about how good he was with customer service. I had to tell him several times to stop talking to me.
