Went there today looking for tennis shoes. There was one sales associate assisting another customer. We looked around for about 10 minutes. At no time did the sales associate acknowledge that we had walked into the store or tell us that he would be with us as quickly as he could. All it would have taken was a quick, Hi, welcome to Hibbetts, I will be with you as soon as I can. This place needs some serious customer service training.

Great service! Employees were extremely kind and patient. Would recommend to anyone that’s looking to buy sports attire. Prices were affordable and they had a good selection of shoes, sports attire, ect.

They offer lots of products but it seems that every time Ive gone in there to shop, the employees arent very helpful. Lacking customer service skills. But the store is always clean and organized.

Ok gun prices are a little high

Like the prices but never enough help and under trained staff. Hard to find items store clean but stock items sitting around in boxes or in aisles. Will not last in this community without customer service
