Place was empty. The server was very nice and helpful. The breakfast sandwich was tasty, but could have been a bit warmer. The tables had not been cleaned off in some time.

Boyfriend loved the ice cream but it was over $5 for two scoops, fudge topping and whipped cream. Cost way too much

They never have anything! They are always out of ice cream. There is no doubt in my mind they are struggling financially, and will close.

Arrived around 3 or a little after. There was an employee meeting in the back room apparently. No one bothered to get up and serve us. There was one employee over on drive thru. She was busy with that and actually had to stop what she was doing to go and ask someone to come help us.The employee that did come help us was not friendly. She also informed us that there were no waffle cones or bowls so we didnt get the double scoop upgrade.There were hard little pieces in the hot fudge, but other wise ice cream was good. We probably will not come back.

Very friendly. Fresh hot coffee. Low on the donut selection but for the time of day I would not complain. Bouns they are also a Basken Robins

We received very poor (actually no) service. My wife and I walked in around 2:40 pm on a Saturday (2/23/19) to get ice cream . There were perhaps 4 people ahead of us in line at the Dunkin Donuts register (no one on the ice cream register) where we waited. Two employees were on duty. We were not welcomed upon our arrival, nor did we receive any sort of acknowledgement whatsoever during the time those ahead of us were waited upon. When it was our turn to be served, the employees appeared more focused on activities behind the counter (not sure what was going on) and we still did not receive any sort of service, acknowledgement, or even eye contact. At this point we became very frustrated and left. We received no acknowledgement on the way out the door either. I guess we were invisible.

How is Baskin-Robbins always! Just as wonderful in winter as in summer!

Me and my wife pulled up at 9:45 to get ice cream. A guy comes over the intercom and said they were closed. If it would have been 5 min till 10, ok thats fine, but 15 minutes before close? How much would they have to clean up for a couple scoops of ice cream?

Pretty disappointed bc at this rate, we are going to lose Dunkin Donuts again in JC. Every time we come here, they are out of very typical flavors....chocolate....glazed.....even first thing in the morning. One Sunday morning they were closed, not sure why though it was within their hours. Every time we have come here, very disappointed with poor service.

Expensive ice cream cone. Definitely loaded with sugar. Not very good tasting. They dont give you napkins.
