Poor communication skills in the office and incompetent staff. If you have questions about Billing plan to wait 15 minutes or longer before someone answers. Hopefully they speak fluent English.

Really bad customer service, from the Jefferson City office. They talk down to you when you need to exchange non working equipment. They accuse you of doing something to the equipment that needs to be replaced. They make you feel like youre a burden on them, to supply you with the equipment that youre supposed to receive.Talk to you like youre a little kid.You shouldnt have to be stressed over asking for your oxygen supplies, from an oxygen supply company.
