These people are amazing. We had a new dryer installed a week ago and as we did laundry we noticed a lot of missing items. Last night my son had a freak put because of all the storms and wanted his blanket that my mother had gifted him before she passed. I looked all over the house and remembered we put it in the wash the week prior. I called twice once in the middle of night 1 today. I knew it would be slim chances. The man on the phone said the guy came to pick up the appliances already but he would look. They found everything in our old dryer and boxed it up for us. These people are amazing and so kind. When i got home i did check the box out and everything that was missing was there. We mustve forgotten our dryer had clothes before unplugging it. Thank you for finding out things and having the best customer service ever.

NOT happy with Felton. Went to Felton on June 21, 2021 and purchased a Maytag dishwasher. The sales lady ordered our dishwasher,which we did pay for on that day, and said it would be coming in Monday June 28th. I did not receive a call on that date letting us know it came in, so I called Tues June 29th. I was told that my dishwasher did come in on the 28th but was given to another customer who had been waiting since February. Why was the dishwasher that we paid for and ordered specifically for us given to another customer? I am sorry this customer has been waiting since February, but that should not be our problem. Now we are being told that two more dishwashers will be available July 7th and depending on how quickly they are shipped to the store it will be another 7-10 days AFTER July 7th. So we will be waiting almost 4 weeks for a dishwasher we ordered and paid for and should already have. This is HORRIBLE customer service. I have always had great service with Felton in the past and have bought many appliances from them, but this is inexcusable to give the appliance that you ordered AND paid for to another customer.

We had our fridge go out on us so we went straight to Felton Appliance after hearing nothing but good things about them. We ended up replacing all of our appliances. They walked us through each appliance and listened to our needs.The service was great! The delivery guys were really good as well. We did go with his recommended installed and he was also good!All around a great company!

It’s been a few weeks now and everything is great. Living our new speed queen washer and dryer. The guys who delivered were great. Fast and efficient. Took the old dryer away and we were in business. You recommended the speed queen over others for all the right reasons.

They are super helpful and friendly. I came right as they were closing, but they didn’t rush me, and were very helpful. I went in to get a washer as I thought mine broke, but later it turned out that it was an air conditioning unit. I let them know within 36 hours and they canceled the order with no issues. When my washer does go out, or any appliance, I’m definitely coming here!

It does not matter how obscure the part it, if you need a part for your home appliance repair, they can get it. If you need repairs or on site service, look no further. Always prompt and always great service.

Very poor customer service. Purchased a dryer, could not make the time of delivery due to an emergency. Felton was NOT willing to be flexible with delivery due to their manager not being present. Manager ended up also not working with us and sending the check back. I do not and will not recommend Felton. Previously we were long time customers with Sears and switched to Felton. Will not be making that mistake again.

Vern was understanding and accommodating. If my new dryer lasts over 25 years like the old one, I will be satisfied.

I used to buy from Felton’s many years ago. But then I got cheaper appliances from Coldiers Menards, American TV. Many more I can’t remember. But I got so burnt from these other places. I got lemons and no one could help me. The stores you buy from only sell these appliances. They DO NOT stand behind them or repair. It’s a nightmare going thru manufacturers. And that’s what you have to do. Plus all of them only lasted for less then 6 years. SO.... my washer went after not quite 6 years. I’m sick of this. Cheaper is definitely cheaper. You get what you pay. I went to Felton’s and they have all good appliances and any price you want. I don’t want the bells and whistles anymore I just want it to wash my clothes. There was so many options and the owner and his assistant were so great kind and informative. Told me what I needed to know. My washer is great. The 2 gentlemen that brought it set it up and made sure it was working. Cleaned up. Took my old one away. And Felton’s have a repairman. If I need it. Nothing like hometown service. People who have been in Jefferson over. 100 years. I was stupid to not buy from them over the years. Everyone if you want good service, good people who know there stuff and GREAT appliances. FELTONS. In Jefferson is where you go

Picked up a floor model that was a discontinued model for a great price(much cheaper then menards and a better selection) salesman was low pressure, knowledgeable and helpful. Even let us use their appliance dolly. Will be returning when the next appliance dies in the house.
