So I have had my car since Monday afternoon, it is only Thursday morning and my tires already need air. It is a BRAND NEW VECHILE. I shouldnt have to worry about putting air in the tires, I think the dealership should have done that.

Mitsubishi make awesome great cars
The only glitch in delivery was the tire pressure. When I checked the pressure the following day it was 64 pounds instead of 35. Otherwise it was an amazing experience. I’m sure the reason the glitch occurred is due to the fact that we selected a car that had just been unloaded from the truck and had not been prepped. They put a rush on it to be prepped for us and things happen when things are rushed. I’m thankful that they took care of us like they did.

I was truly impressed by my experience.
Went there cause my phone is not connecting to my car. They said they would find out what is going on. That was in April. And finally on June 2,2020 I went back down there for them to tell me that my phone isnt compatible with the car. Not happy at all my old phone was working fine and then it quit so I go a new phone then to be told its not compatible. They have nothing in the book about it and my old phone was a Motorola and my new one is a Samsung. A better phone

Maybe 1 star. They are all hood swindlers. They tell you one thing over the phone. Then they get you in there and try to sell you something way over your budget. Wouldnt send my worse enemy there.
Went in because of a recall on a crossbar on my Outlander Sport. Service was courteous and efficient, only took about 30 minutes.

Wow, talk about just terrible communication and spam. I have been looking across the country to find a good deal on a used truck 2016 or 2017. I found their website through autolist (a car search app) and asked a simple question about what engine was in the ford trucks they had. The had two similar ones that were 2017. Never did I get an answer on that simple question. I eventually figured it out when they posted more information on their website. I have made three requests for them to stop emailing me which were replies to email asking me basically what can we do to give you the information you need? I dont normally write bad reviews, but they earned it.Update 6/6/18: And they are still contacting me.... Do not email them unless you want tons of spam.Update 6/7/18: Another email sent even though I requested them to stop contacting me via email.Update 6/21/18: Another email sent to me. I sent an email back requesting them to stop again and telling them I am updating my negative review.
The sales rep was super friendly and the owner even came over to talk us through the process. They have definitely earned a repeat customer!

Manager Todd is very unprofessional, very rude. I’ve never met anyone with so much disrespect for their customers. Salesman Jacob is wonderful and super nice and efficient but the management is horrible.
Spoke to Gary on the phone after looking at car online. Went to check it out and fell in love with the car on sight. They were good to work out a price that I had set for myself. Gary knew everything about the cars, answered all of my questions. No complaints here, only praise!! Very well satisfied customer! When I’m ready for another car, this will be my first stop!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They treated me and my family bad here. I had my children with me and they had us waiting around for three hour then pretty much asked us to leave without offering a test drive or looking at the car we were inquiring. Would not recommend.
Wonderful service department
Today my father went in for an oil change. He waited for a few and then they come in and told him his drain plug was stripped so he would need a new oil pan at the price of $400+!!!! They said they couldn’t do the oil change unless he had this repaired. After he declined this repair, he drove to my home in which I checked this out for him and there was absolutely no issue at all...I drained the oil as usual and completed the oil change For him without any complications.This just really shows how this dealership tries to con people out of money or, If it’s the workers saying this to get out of work, then the dealership really needs to have someone inspecting these so called “problems” prior to approaching the customer.Unfortunate for them, they have now lost a longtime customer and will be spreading the word of this experience.

I wouldn’t have given one star if I didn’t have to but I had to give one star to give a review . This place is a total waste of time. I bought a used Cadillac from them and after less than a couple thousand miles my car needed both front wheel bearings,drivers side cv axel,two front speed sensors and they said one of the wheel bearings was missing a bolt or two. They told me it would be a thousand dollars to fix. And also that I must have had someone else working on my car,which I hadn’t,because it would void my warranty. Anyway I left and had a certified mechanic fix it for half the price and he told me the car should have never left Mitsubishi’s lot in that condition. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I’ll be contacting the BBB and the CPA, I’ve got a copy of the report. Also they said that the guy that inspected the car didn’t work for them anymore. STAY AWAY
I bought a new Lancer from them in August 2015, the sales team was incredibly helpful. My schedule was pretty full and I didnt have much time, they stayed over and helped me find a vehicle that I love! Very knowledgeable and friendly sales people. I was out and in under an hour on an oil change a few days ago too. Would definitely recommend.

My previous experience with another dealership was disheartening and made me feel like I would never be able to get a car. From the moment I walked in the dealership, the staff treated me with respect and made me feel like that cared that I got the car I desperately needed! An hour and a half later, I was driving off the lot in a brand new Outlander Sport! Thank you Justin and everyone at Charleston Mitsubishi! I’ll never buy another car anywhere again!
The sales and service departments are outstanding, however the parts manager has been downright unhelpful at times. Terry Wells doesnt seem to know much about customer service and how to be respectful to the clientele. Everyone else there, however, is absolutely fantastic - especially Gary in sales and Terri in finance. If it werent for Mr. Wells, this would have been a 5 star review.

Ad said no credit and bad credit were fine. I was told no minimum monthly income, $30 down payment, etc. Got there and was told I didnt pass the credit check dispite having no outstanding loans and that they wanted 3k down and/or a cosigner in the loan. On top of that the cheapest car there was about 2.5k more expensive than a comparable car from their competitors. Also when I got my moms oil changed there they put the wrong oil cap on the car and cross threaded it. Inept mechanics incapable of properly doing an oil change and sales and ad team that do a bait and switch wanting 100x what they originally asked for.

If the car was not under warranty I would not use their services tbe car itself is junk. And nothing ever gets fixed

This dealership is a joke. Was told to check on this dealership by a family member that purchased a vehicle here about a week ago. Looked online and it said to call in for price of vehicle. So what do I do..... call them. Very rude and acted like I was a inconvenience to them. Ready to purchase a vehicle and I wouldnt step foot on their property.

Horrible!!!! The finance guy was terrible. Actually ask me if, when I told him I didnt have a co signer Well who would you call if you were in jail. I had bought my previous vehicle here and he said Well I have been here 5 years and I dont remember you. Then when asked about a woman who helped me before, so helpful and nice Terri Kitchen. They actually told me she was on medical leave because she was crazy. Ugh what a joke do not go here!!!!
My wife owns a Mitsubishi Outlander we live in Parkersburg, WV and we have a Mitsubishi dealer and service department in out town, however when my wife started to have AC problems we called service department to get it looked at because it was under warranty. They gave my wife a huge run around and the price to just check it was ridiculous (in case the problem wasnt covered). My wife called Mitsubishi in Charleston and right off the bat they put her at ease, made her feel so much better. They got her in ASAP and she didnt care if she had to drive a little ways to get great service, which she did! Her car now has working AC with no run around, they were straight forward with her and even if she needed to pay for service, the fees were reasonable.Thanks Charleston Mitsubishi!

SALE TRICK! SALE TRICK!!! I bought an Outlander there a few weeks ago and I told the sales person what features I was interested in up front and I specified I wanted leather seats because I have kids but he and the finance guy kept pushing me for cloth seats and I told them I needed leather. The finance guy told me if I got the one with cloth they would place something on the seats that would make them just like leather that they would never stain and you could just wipe them off like leather. After I bought the car with cloth seats I called back to schedule the appointment to have the stuff placed on the seats and I ask to confirm that it was included in the purchase of the vehicle which my husband and I had understood him to say they were quick to tell me no that I was going to have to pay 1500.00 to have it placed. Be very careful what they promise you and get it in writing. Im very disappointed in the treatment I got and in the vehicle.
Horrible experience with Charleston Mitsubishi. My sales person Josh was very kind and helpful however when it comes to Auto Parts/Service, the manager Chris is very rude. When asked questions regarding my vehicle he would act like I was an inconvience and roll his eyes and when it came to ringing up my order he was very inexperienced and didnt know what he was doing. This is at the South Charleston Mitsubishi and I recommend that anyone that goes there to request someone else to speak to because youre guaranteed a horrible experience with this Chris guy.
This is crazy, I went on here tonight to leave a review for the service I had today and noticed I had already left a review for them a year ago below. The service appointment I had today was no different than that a year ago, actually worse to be honest. Im truly in shock that that guy still has a job there and its not just him about five out of the six guys that work in that department act like they all hate their job.Horrible service dept. Especially the guy working the service counter. Full of lies.
