Was a pleasure doing business with this company. Very friendly group of employees. Took care of my lighting issue without it being a hassle. I felt very comfortable leaving my repair in their hands. I will be a return customer for future services as needed. Thank you Mr. Alvin and Ryan.
These are honest, professional mechanics. If you take the time to discuss your needs with them, they will genuinely try to work with you to find an acceptable solution to even major repairs. Ive been coming here for about 15 years and am very satisfied with their services. I now dont live in the neighborhood, but still bring my car across town to PM when it needs work!
Local and independently owned. They were kind and helpful and did a good job. As a woman, I felt safe and respected.
Very good, very reputable mechanics. Ive been using them for over a decade. Very satisfied with the quality of their work!
The people at PM Automotive are hard-working and honest men! They will do all they can to repair your car for a long life and safety in the road. You can trust the people at PM Automotive!
I just think they might be a bit over priced, but friendly people
They quoted me 3800 dollars to put in a head gasket.
Very nice people
Family owned with Excellent work at a fair price. Alvin and Ryan take care of their customers.
These guys are honest and straight forward. Cant believe that they dont have more reviews. Its also nice that theyre right across the street from a NAPA autoparts distribution center so theres little need to order parts.
When I lived near PM Automotive I went there for all my service because I trusted them and believed what they recommended. I paid more than $3000 for maintenance on my Toyota Avalon. Then I had the timing belt, water pump replaced and oil changed for $1,599 before moving to Georgia. Today, I had to have the timing belt, water pump replaced and and oil change. The charge was $841! I was so shocked. Be sure to shop around. Would have given them less stars but one is the minimum.
I called around the 3 other shops in that local area to get a decent quote on what was a simple job, a starter replacement. Pep boys wanted $400, but the shop on Carrolton had a bad reputation, and the person I talked to on the phone was unprofessional. I walked to other shops and either got a ridiculous quote (I already checked and a used starter was 100-200 and a new was up to 300) or a non-committal quote. I walked into PM Auto and the person I talked to seemed genuinely interested in my problem and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He gave me multiple quotes for new and used starters and even gave me a deal on a new starter. Everyplace else I went to wanted to charge me 400-500 dollars. P M did the job for 350 dollars quick, professional, and even towed my car for free! If you want someone who actually cares about their customers and will tell you the truth, go to these guys first.
Long standing auto repair shop in Jefferson. They are also AAA approved!
