I have been hearing about tgis place for years, among my fellow costumers. Store was dingy and not well organized. Prices seemed high and lots of product prices were not marked, so had to always ask for help. Fortunately, I was the only customer with 3 clerks. Not sure I will go back.

Large store that is well organized and has everything you need to make that costume perfect. Loads of inventory, friendly staff, large parking lot. This can be a bit on the overwhelming side, but worth the visit.

This place is is hidden gem for fabric and the fixins. We found some awesome and unique fabric here. The young ladies were very helpful and attentive. They did everything to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. They didnt allow us to leave until they knew they had did their job. We made and outstanding choice visiting with them.

Great little store filled with fabrics, throws, and Mardi Gras goods. The service is personable and makes shopping effortless. It was a little dusty and off putting to see babies in playpens just left alone for long stretches of time-- My visited lasted 30 min. However, the baby was safe and did not disturb anyone else.

Took a friend who has lived here for many years, but didnt know about it.I needed some material to recover chair cushions. She was overwhelmed at the variety. Made it difficult to choose. A nice woman helped us and was patient.Ive been going there for 30 ? years. Always great.

LOVE this place! The prices are awesome for throws! The selection for masks is huge. Love the fabric selections and the variety of specialty craft items. I like to hands on shop for things and most parts for costumes have to be purchased online. JV gives me the ability to see the feathers, the trims, feel the fabrics, and they even cleared a counter so I could figure the layout for the appliques I was wanting. And dont get me started on the GLITTER!

This is the place that everyone knows is the best value if youre looking to buy bulk glitter. other fabric and sewing needs are abounds in this place. There is a room full of Mardi Gras throws of a more traditional type, nothing unusually very spectacular to say about those. Overall a great place to go to.

This is my favorite apparel fabric selection. They have so many fabrics good for costuming. The sequin fabric selection is the best in the city and they sell glitter by the pound at good prices. And so many appliques!!!

Waited in line for 5 minutes and had an excellent and knowledgeable employee help me go through appliqués, pulling several pieces out for me to look at before I found the perfect one. Great staff, and a real craft wonderland! Ill be coming back

Tonight I took my first visit to this store and I will definitely be returning in the future for all my fabric needs. The fabric sections are not very well organized but if your just looking around for something cool that youve never seen before this is definitely the place to go. If you have something in mind, the staff knows exactly what they have in the store and can show you some fabrics that will fit your needs and taste. I was pleasantly surprised with their large selection of trims and patterns. I found the prices to be more than reasonable and the staff was quite friendly. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is into costuming. Great place to buy Mardi Gras beads, too as their selection is huge and diverse! Another plus, the store is family owned and operated so you know the money you spend is going to stay here in the city.
