We love Troy! Weve been working with him for almost 20 years. He comes once a month to keeps us stocked up and check all our dish machines and 3 compartment sinks to make sure everything is working properly. Being a culinary school it is hard to handle with multiple kitchens and machines in every kitchen. Hes quick to point out any issues we have and how we can correct them next time.
