Excellent experience, 5 staff and hidden gem.The staff at Prestige are friendly, patient and responsive. They know their products well and do excellent work. We are very happy with the tile install in our newly renovated Kitchen. Highly recommend!!

Dont waste your time with these people. I am in the process of remodeling a small bathroom and made several trips to their store for tile selection before they would even come to my house to take measurements to work up an estimate (which is fine because they shows them Im serious). Once I had the tile selection and design nailed down, it took a couple of calls to get the guy scheduled to come out to the house. He was very thorough in getting all the information and said he would have an estimate to me in a couple of days. I thought GREAT, but after a couple of weeks and still no word, I called back to find out the status, but had to leave a voice message. Another week or so goes by and I called again. This time speaking to the girl that works in the store. She said shed leave him a message to call, which he never did. I tried one more time a week or so later, leaving another message and never got a response. After about six weeks of this, I decided they arent interested in doing the job, but instead of telling me this, they just string me along. Very unprofessional, if you ask me!
