Weve rented a storage unit here for about 5 years and just got another one while we move out of our house. They have recently changed ownership and updated the property. Ive worked with Barbara at the front desk several times and she is helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The grounds are safe and well- kept. Easy in and easy out.

Barbara was so great. Every time I come to key storage she’s always happy and polite. Barbara always know who I at as soon as I come into the office. She pull up my parents unit with out me telling her the number. She’s freaking awesome

Do not trust the auto pay. If you sign up for autopay, providing all the information, the website will say your auto pay is on and working. Guess what! Its not. Youll go to you unit on a weekend and there will be one of those big red locks on the door. Youll have to pay a $40 late fee and be told that the website doesnt work too well. But youre still liable for the $40 late fee. Im tempted to say that the auto feature doesnt work on purpose so youll have to pay the late fee? But I dont know. I do know the website is very bad and needs a major makeover. Dont know why they dont spend the money...or maybe the reason is to charge late fees?Regarding the response from the owner. I did direct my concerns to the local staff. They are aware of the issues with your website. As an owner, I hope you are aware. I believe you are. I have no issues with them. They are very good. The issue is your website. Specifically the auto pay. Review when I initially set up the auto pay. It’s in your records. It was set up more than two months in advance. No auto pays occurred during that time period. Because I don’t trust your system, I paid for 6 months in the hope you’ll fix it by then.

I had a fire at my house recently. I went to the Key storage at 525 Jefferson Hwy. Barbara helped me out in choosing the correct size I needed. She was not only helpful, she is so polite and sweet. If you need a place to store you belongings, go and ask for Barbara!!

The storage unit was easy to get and the employees that helped me on the day I received my unit were great. I was using my unit to storage my car long-term, but there were no more units available with a built in ramp. The employees were accommodating and let me use their ramp to get my car into the storage unit, stating I could use it again to take my car out.I return a few months later and the employee says that I cant use the ramp due to legal reasons. Their suggestion was that I pay to get a ramp or rent one since there was no way my car was going to make a 1 foot tall drop. I ended up spending an extra 150 dollars to buy a ramp just to get my car out of the unit. I wouldnt have gotten a unit here if I had known that there were no guarantees of my car getting out.

So happy I made the move from Public Storage on Carrollton to Key Storage at 525 Jefferson 70121. Barbara made the switch easy! Barbara gave me a great tour of the CLEAN and new storage facility. She helped me find the perfect storage spot for my things! She got me signed up quickly and with NO hassle! Thank you Key Storage and a big thank you to Barbara for making the move and transition seamless and oh, so easy. I am already telling my friends about the difference. The courteous and efficient service, the cleanliness of the facility, the ease of access--all make my move the RIGHT decision! Thanks again! (and did I mention the huge difference in savings!!!!)

Never had a problem with company up until this week. Been calling back to back for 4 days trying to pay storage fee no answer, phone going straight to voicemail. Now I’m late on payment & have to drive up there hopefully I won’t have to pay late fee considering their phones aren’t working.

Went with a friend to get things. Clean, safe location, rates reasonable.

I was disquested by the former management, so much so that I placed my belongings with a different company. The FORMER management, would seemingly laugh at ones misfortune (my having the AUDACITY to want to change lockers for which they would charge me ANOTHER SET UP FEE,) They were creepy in general. BUT WE HAVE NEW MANAGERS NOW!! Seem to be the nicest folks. Efficient. Good
