So Xmas is not here. The smell of cinnamon was so strong that even my fask mask could not help. Also sad to see the store was about half empty. So to then find out that they also dont have any type of delivery service. Ashley furniture here I come.

At first couldnt find anyone to help me so I had to go all the way to the front of the store to get someone to assist. Kevin, the manager came and was very helpful and I got the rug I wanted. The lady at checkout was awesome and polite. She helped me put my rug in the car.

If youre looking for seasonal decor, I highly recommend you visit early as this place sells out quickly. Early birds get the worm, as they say!!! Start now for Fall and Christmas because they have oodles of awesome stuff!!! But Im telling you that it wont last long!!!

This store is really nice and the staff is very helpful when you can find them. With the size of the store I can honestly say I got lost since that clear indications of where things will be is articulated by small signs next to the actual thing but not directions on where to find things. Masssivvee selection on stuff, but considering the quality of the stuff, the prices are a bit high. There is some good stuff in there, but mixed with cheaper items and priced all as if its pottery barn.

Lots to chose from - seasonal decorations to home furnishings of every description. Most stuff is cheap but poorly made.

OMG if you cannot fine what you are looking for at this store then make sure you ask! Lots and lots of merchandise and plenty of folks to help you out. Very pleasant experience!

Online it stated that they had 3 of a product. I drove over a hour to the store to realize they had none. Even in their system it showed the product, but they had nothing. They said their inventory had been updated 5 months ago but not recently. Not a way to run a store!

HUGE SUCCESS!! What a BIG & BEAUTIFUL At Home store 😃 We were in Louisville on a mini road trip from the Indy area and were furnishing our home with items we find on our vacations...even the minis! After scouting the local stores, we head to the box/chain stores for some of the every day items we love to find for a great deal. This At Home store is probably 3x our Indy store!My hubs gave up about 1/3 of the way through 😞 This would be a great girls trip shopathon!We had difficulty finding a floor person a couple times we (I) wanted to check on some things, as several items were not priced. The two young men at check out sure made up as they were very nice, asked where we were from, chatted even! Overall a great experience!I did find 3 white shadowbox frames on clearance from 19.99 (a pretty good price) for a steal at 4.99 🤑 Wall decor with a red splash is 75% off! Yes, theyre to put vaca pics/tickets/sand etc. Cant wait to work on them! And find another At Home to scout for more! Sorry I deleted some of my pics already but I will post the ones I still have.Ill try to remember to edit my post after I finish the shadow boxes & hang our new sparkly shower curtains. Couldnt believe how huge this place was! S0 much to look at. I went specifically to find paintings and found a couple for a great price. Will definitely come again

I love this store, wish I had a few thousand to blow, Id spend it all here.The store already has fall, halloween, and Christmas decorations out for those of us who enjoy it early.Wide variety of fun stuff for the home, clean, organized, and very friendly staff.

They tell you to text when you arrive for curbside pickup, I did so and waited for at least 15 minutes with no response. Finally called the main desk and they said they forgot about me...Jeesh. Could be better on customer service.

My husband tells me Im not allowed to go there because I always leave having spent too much money on some really cool things!!!! (Worth it!!)

This store keeps getting better. Previously, it felt like someone just backed up a truck and dumped it in the space. It is more organized now. We have returned several times this past year for a guest bed, lamps, frames, and other pieces.

What happened?! This store used to be so nice and organized, especially considering how big it is! Instead, there is stuff literally just thrown haphazardly on shelves in several areas with no apparent rhyme or reason. When I was there, several aisles had so much stuff knocked off shelves and into the floor that you couldn’t get a cart down the aisle. There was also trash (I’m sure teenagers thought they were being funny but obviously it’s been there awhile because there was A BUNCH of it) randomly on the shelves of different aisles. Broken items were everywhere. This may be the first time I’ve ever gone to this store and not bought something, and I’ve got to say that part of my decision to just leave was how unorganized and neglected everything was! I didn’t look to see how many people appeared to be working, but honestly it wouldn’t surprise me to find out that about two people have been trying to run the entire place for several weeks, at least with how it looked when I was in there!With all that said, there’s still a tremendous selection of home decor items, but I have also noticed that prices seem to be quite high! I don’t really plan on going back any time soon!

Right now, if I could give them a zero, I would. I placed an order for something yesterday for curbside pick up. I was informed that the order would be filled within 24 hours and ready for pick up today and that we would be notified when it is ready. Well, it has been over 24 hours and we have not heard one thing. I tried to call the store for an update but was informed that I would have to leave a message and they would call me back. Then I got a recording that the mailbox was full. At this point, I am really upset.

I have not had the pleasure of visiting your cozy looking establishment yet. But it reminds me of where comefrom, one place called Pat Catans. It was a seasonal sorta kinda place. You can do it yourself. Or maybe stick around for a workshop. Idk, I liked it. I bought all the fixings to make my own center pieces for my wedding. They turned out Gorgeous.

Masks are required to shop, complete with a nasty attitude. Guess we need to spend our money elsewhere.
