Every time I call the pharmacy at this location, I am left on hold for 15+ minutes. Called multiple times today for an update on my prescription, no one would answer the phone. So finally give up and just drove to the location. I was told they are out of prescription and that the earliest they could have it in is by Tuesday. They can’t send my prescription to a different location. So now I have to be out the entire weekend. If they would have just answered the phone I could have settled this early in the day and had my doctor send the script to a different location. I understand that sometimes you run out of stock, and if they would have just answered the phone, I could have solved the issue but instead here we are.I will no longer be using this CVS.

No one answers the phone. The lines are always terrible.

We’ve used this pharmacy for over 20 years. Everyone has ALWAYS been very helpful and nice. I will never go anywhere else!

Definitely recommend. I’ve had quite a few terrible experiences with another CVS down the road either not having any of my medications in stock or just flat out not picking up their phones at all. Finally I decided to transfer my prescriptions to this CVS on Taylorsville and it has made a world of difference. Someone always answers the phone in a timely manner, they almost always have medication in stock, their staff is a lot friendlier, and their wait time is much more reasonable. I’d strongly suggest this CVS Pharmacy over other locations nearby.

Slow slow slow...went through drive thru to pick up prescription 2 cars in front of me and took 30+ mins. Plus was told they could not bill insurance because only were doing covid tests. I would have to go inside. This defeats the purpose of having a drive thru. I would never use CVS pharmacy if I wasn’t forced by my insurance coverage!!!

Bought pictures here and they were horrible quality. Asked the manager for new photos, when they were printed they were still horrible quality. The manager made me paid for both sets, which was a waste of money. Save your money and dont get your pictures printed here.

This place is never open during scheduled hours

Location is in the middle of Jeffersontown, easy access to store and can be seen from the main road. Very nice and clean area, employees are the best. Many items in stock, usually have what I need. Can get prescriptions filled out there. Plenty of parking and lots of area

They are very slow in drive thru dont know the problem but waited thirty minutes also when the guy there wears his mask below his nose

The pharmacist tonight was awesome. He was so helpful and great personality! I appreciate his help so much.

This CVS has the nicest most genuine individuals both in the pharmacy and in the general store. I love this CVS.

This pharmacy is in dire need of employees. They never have prescriptions ready when promised. Many times you have to made more than 2 trips there to pick up meds after you have been given a pick up time.The have one pharmacy tech that works there that actually knows what shes doing and is friendly.The other staff members are indifferent and always putting you on forever hold when you call. They are overworked and cant fill the orders on time. A mistake is going to happen. They need to close this place down.

I have been in the store, everyone was very friendly. I didnt notice that it was a dirty store, it seemed clean. My problem is the pharmacy drive-thru. I use it most often to pick up my elderly mothers prescriptions. Theres an excessive amount of trash all around the back and side of the store. Its awful to look at.I dont believe the employees take any time to clean around the dumpster area, the West side of the building or the back, where the Pharmacy drive thru is. CLEAN IT UP PLEASE, they went through all of the trouble to call it Jeffersontown Commons, make new signage. Clean up around your store!

Pharmacy staff is great!!

Actual pharmacist at drive thru was indifferent and dismissive. He was having a side conversation, slow as a snail, and blaming the customer for CVS contacting a physician other than the patients prescribing MD. My spouse has found the staff to be equally rude when picking medication up inside the store. Are you understaffed or in need of a broom?

If you cant properly staff your pharmacy, then shut it down! I feel sorry for the one or two employees trying to fill all those Rxs and all the mad customers on Monday Sep 22, 2014. My son had to wait 8 hours with the pain from a tooth absess because there werent enough employees in the pharmacy to fill an Rx. Shame on you. Close it up.
