Pretty good deals, found a great pair of boots but I wanted black not brown, they didnt offer to help me out in finding what I wanted, they never do. Went to a different store for my daughter and they had tons of black boots my size. Im gonna quit settling and start going to different stores or call myself. Not very customer service friendly.

I grew up in Rockford I know shoes they are less expensive but they dont last as long. Great for Growing Kids great for adults that need to have something different 😎

Amazing selection and above all, the staff at the Baldwin St. Store in Jenison MI are absolutely wonderful. With the customer service world becoming less and less willing to happily assist clients, this store has certainly exceeded all expectations!

Staff is friendly, but can be a little overbearing at times. We have a difficult time finding the right shoes that we need. Prices are very reasonable when you can find what youre looking for. They do keep up with the latest styles.

Prices are always good. Shoe selection is very slim. Staff is nice but kinda pushy.

Clean place, clerk got me what I needed and helped me until I found what I wanted. Off main road. Made sure I knew about current promotions. I purchase two pairs of the same shoe Evey year since 1996. However they do change the part number every year. Last year they did not have my shoe and I had to drive to another city so I got a great coupon for my trouble.

I have arrived at location. I am have not been to this city before. Google said closing time was at 7pm and it is now 6:40pm and the store is closed. Completely inconvenience!!!
