I have never had a better experience at a phone store before today. The entire staff was very helpful and fun. My sales rep Tony did a amazing job at switching my plan and helping me find a great deal on my phone. If you are like me and usually hate phone stores, I would highly recommend going to this Verizon store. These people work with you to find the best deal for you and will save you as much money as possible.

Jesse was over the top helpful! He helped me save money AND upgrade our service and benefits! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional…working with him and Verizon may be the highlight of my day today!! Forgot…he helped me solve a long-standing IPhone issue!! Give the man a hand!!!

My wife Pat & I visited the Jenison Verizon store a week ago because her iPhone was not working and she was so very happy that Toni was able to help her when other Verizon stores were not. Toni was very knowledgeable, patient, and very pleasant. She was able to straighten out her phone as well as giving Pat suggestions on how to better use the phone which was never explained to her before. We will definitely visit this store again if Toni is there. She was wonderful and my wife says she deserves a raise not only because of her knowledge but also because of her personality.

Josh here is the coolest dude, he hooked me up with my own account and a new number helping me move forward into adulthood and also get away from harassing phone calls. My trip today was quick and easy and super pleasant. Josh was friendly, insightful, and incredibly helpful. Ill definitely come back to this location if I ever need help in the future.

Showed up a bit early to pre-order my phone, as I didn’t realize they weren’t open at the moment. I see through the window that someone was gonna be right there. The man that helped me was named Jesse, I couldn’t have asked for better service. He pre-ordered my phone for me, and took me over to grab some accessories. This guy is top notch, great customer service, hospitality, and charisma. I will always go back to to Jesse if I have any questions.

We stopped in the other day to get a couple screen protectors and the rep at the store Ben mentioned that he could upgrade our phones and save us money at the same time. I was in a hurry so he said he could meet me at the store on Thursday to personally make sure I was taken care of. I was really impressed because turns out Ben actually works out of the Grand Haven store. Ben took the time to explain everything and even make suggestions for accessories. The problems were not my fault and certainly not Verizons fault. Being technically challenged I wanted someone professional to help. I walked in and met Kameron and Shane. These young men did everything in their power to help me. They didnt treat me different even though I am a technically challenged senior. It took 3 days to correct my issues, but everytime I went back in those days with questions or instruction they went above and beyond what I felt they needed to. I will go back for any phone needs I have. It was extremely nice to be treated with respect and see the old time work ethics in Jameson and Shane. Awesome service guys.

My husband switched over to Verizon to join my plan. The district manager Jesse helped us out tremendously. Originally we weren’t going to get a new phone. However, Jesse found us such a great deal on the new Note 20 we ended up getting him a new phone too! We stayed over an hour after the store closed and never felt like an inconvenience. The knowledge, patience and overall service I get at the Jenison store cant be beat! The employees here are very helpful and friendly. Ive bought phones, tablets, and blue tooth speakers from them and I will continue doing business at this location. BEST VERIZON i went to 4 other store and was sent away saying it was my fault my upgraded phone wouldn’t work, was sent to apple but apple only wanted me to buy apple coverage. Walked in, was helped immediately and the employee was able to fix my problem right away. Best customer service .

Lost my girlfriends phone in a river. Went in to get a new SIM card for an older iPhone. Had no idea the account had a service contract on it. Instead of repairing the older iPhone XR for $400 at the local apple store, we were able to file a claim which took about 2 minutes and it only cost $199 with 1-day shipping. Thank you so very much!

I walked into TCC located in Jenison, Michigan and was assisted by a salesperson, Harrison. I ended up getting a tablet, due to a promotion. My goal was to to utilize the tablet as a phone and I voiced this to Harrison. He assured me that I would be able to find a way to achieve this. Harrison was nice enough and seemed professional BUT was misleading in some ways. To make a long story short, I asked him if I would be charged any fees if I returned the tablet for any reason. He told me that I wouldnt be charged as long as I brought it in within 14 days of the purchase. I purchased the device and he went over the fees with me. He WAS NOT CLEAR about the activation fee, which I found out about later. I did some research without opening the device and found that I wouldnt be able to use the tablet as a phone. I called the store back and spoke to Harrison over the phone. He told me that I wouldnt be able to bring the tablet back without being charged a restocking fee of $75.00, even if it was unopened. I called Verizon Wireless directly and they said this shouldnt have been the case. I mailed the tablet back to the store within 14 days and was charged $78.45. I recommend that if you have a problem with your phone, DO NOT go into TCC at this location. I would also recommend just sticking with Verizon Wireless Directly. TCC in an authorized dealer so they charge additional fees that Verizon Wireless doesnt. I spoke to Verizon Wireless directly and they refunded me for the restocking fee.

Went in today trying to get help to update account. At the time I got there, only one employee was there and helping out a customer. When the other employee got there carrying his burger king lunch in 15 minutes later. He asked me if he could help. I asked him to help me update my account. His response was you can go online and do it yourself. The reason I went to the store was I was unable to do it on line (was having problems) and wasnt sure why. I left very frustrated. He probably didnt want his lunch to get cold. Seems to be trend for the Verizon stores. Ive had bad experiences in 3 of them so far.

First off, Im being generous with 2 stars. The woman who helped us today was very rude and did not help us one bit. She was not the least bit personable. I was very disappointed because usually Verizon workers are very helpful and NICE.

Excellent customer service every time I walk in the door with another smashed phone and crazy story on how it happened. I recommend checking them out, even if its a little farther drive from home, well worth the customer service!

Although the people are kind and knowledgeable, this is a ADD ON store. They will add on stuff in a bundle that you can purchase on-line cheaper. When we went to return the expensive 49.99 Pelican case, they would only credit us 22.39. I would avoid this store in the future and purchase directly from Verizon.

I would absolutely not recommend going to this store unless you want to feel disrespected and cheated. Very rude customer service people that sell you things they dont fully explain and then blame you when you didnt read all their fine print. Very disappointed in how were treated every time we go in. We will be taking our business elsewhere and encouraging our friends to do the same.

The store became very busy, but the clerk remained focused and helpful.The front door had been broken two weeks prior, but its glass - and stolen floor models - had not yet been replaced.
