The store was clean, organized and well stocked, especially with up coming holiday items. The staff was friendly and helpful. I believe the lady that was restocking the shelves was the store manager as she was making sure the staff had what they needed to take of the customer. She asked every customer she saw how they were doing and if they needed any assistance.

I have been to At least 10 dear trees in Michigan. This is the most well stocked, cleanest, and organized Ive ever seen! Also, the staff and manager are very friendly! Great customer service! Great job cottonwood dollar tree!

Grandville MI location at Ivanrest and 28th St. Cashier was very rude. She didnt smile, greet, corrected us in how WE wanted our glass items packed so they wouldnt break, didnt thank us.. her name is Lisa.She used to work at Grandville location off Canal and was rude there too. Bad days seem to be her MO.

Was looking for lemon flavored sugar cookies, but they didnt have any. Bought the almond windmills instead.

WAY TOO FULL with no one respecting distancing and few masking appropriately, including some staff. No staff enforcing any of the precautions. Honestly, I cant really blame the underpaid staff for not wanting to fight with people who clearly had no interest in being careful. However, it shouldnt be open if they cant follow the protocols.

This place is busy on Saturdays and I didnt have to wait in line that long at checkout. My cashier had customers behind me and I forgot my placemat; she came outside behind me to get it to me. Cool stuff for crafters!

Went in grab some odds and ends. The door has a big sign suggesting wearing a mask. I have a medical condition that requires me to breathe all the oxygen I can get -you know breathing. Younger cashier saw me walk in without a mask, and started saying to another worker Do we need to make the sign about the masks bigger? Or add Stop and read the sign about masks another worked at the store said - we can post the sign as a suggestion. Its not a law, and people have rights. Thank you! Whoever spoke up, I overheard your conversation from a different isle. I didnt see you and you went back to get more inventory out from the back ! Thank you whoever you are !

Friendly staff, clean store and carries cleaning and sanitizing products that are name brand at inexpensive prices.

Companies that are forcing their consumers to wear masks are not going to get a good rating. Companies choose to make this decision, as a consumer of your product/services this is the feedback you asked for. Please hear us out and stop forcing your customers to wear masks.

You can find so many deals here, from food to medicine and candy to soap, baby items and dishes. Clean for the most part except when they are restocking, but thats to be expected.

I come here fairly often & there’s always an awesome selection of kids crafts, dry snacks & cleaning products. WHICH ACTUALLY WORK. I’m obsessed with their foam glass cleaner (blue can), & the awesome brand products. Seasonal items/decor for summer, spring, fall & winter are always changing & you can find some pretty cool things for just a buck! Did I mention they sell dishes? Ive bought most of my glassware from there!!! Call me crazy, but it’s not cheaply made & has held up greatly. The staff is also very friendly, my cashier Adrian (sorry if I misspelled it) was very polite & helped make my check out experience pleasant today, so thank you!

Unlike other dollar stores this one seems to have all I need.

As with most dollar stores that store has good products. They even have mens socks that are three for a dollar. The bleach that they have for clothes for a dollar is not that good but its still good. I would recommend going to a Walmart or a Meijer to buy Bleach for clothes. The value on dish soap is also very good. The store has air conditioning on a hot summer day and again the value of these products are very good
