I purchased football equipment early in the season for my 9 year old grandson. We were help as we didnt know what to get being our first football player. The owner was very kind and explained the differences in a helmet and made sure we obtained one that was an excellent fit. Then at practice two days ago the strap broke on the helmet. I brought the helmet back to see if I could purchase a new strap. No one has the strap for helmets that would work. I then took my grandson back to the store with his helmet thinking I could just get another helmet and the owner was so kind and helpful he was able to get the helmet to work so my grandson could play this morning. Wonderful place to go for all your sporting items. I highly recommend you give it a try. Thank you, Grandma
