I’m still completely mine blown at how rudely I was treated today by the sales person at this pool supply store! After his continued rudeness I politely thanked him and told him I’d be looking for my supplies elsewhere.

Help with alge issue in water

Very helpful in the decision making process to purchase a hot tub, would highly recommend.

So after numerous phone calls to get someone out to fix my hot tub, it finally happened but then it was numerous phone calls and having the repair techs come back to refix the problem, that we finally got the hot tub fixed and the last part put in after dealing with this for over a month. But they did come through in the end and they also gave me a $50.00 product credit at the store, seeing as I had to keep draining my hot tub after putting in more chemicals for them to refix it again. It takes them awhile but they got it done. Now just waiting on the final bill. Thank you

I usually go to the 29th St location but I knew I was going to be out in Jenison so I brought my water test out there and once again I was greated with the same welcomeness as at the 29th St location! I love how knowledgable they are and the wide variety of products that they carry!!

Always great products. I love the personal service and the fact they know me by name. Having the pool water properly tested and knowing that the products recommended will improve or enhance water quality and swimmability is critical. Pools Plus in Jenison consistently helps me maintain that high quality and I cant imagine going anywhere else for chemicals.
